This was TERRIBLE!! the staff were being disrespectful to each other while managers just looked. My family was standing there 10 to 15 before breakfast was over and attempted not to sell us breakfast because it was over when we was already there. We were there looking at the staff on the sidr talking to each other. After waiting for another 10 minutes we received breakfast and the pancakes tasted like yesterday breakfast. The pancakes was super small and tough. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CLOSED.

Service is always horrible. Very rude employees. If youre in the drive thru placing an order and youre paying and your order is not ready they ask you to reverse and wait in between the two windows. No idea what that is about bc its not like the cars behind you can go around. Their whole attitude is just rude and snippy. Go to the one down the street in Blue Island

If you dont want to wrk in the customer service industry then pick another field...waited 20mins for my fast food...in the drive thru..then the lil bihh wana give me my things 1 by 1...n I asked for a straw and she gives it to me with a attitude... last time I checked I should be the one mad.

Good fast food service get any slower? They can take one order at a time. Hopefully youre the first one in line for that order... They never went to make tacos because theyre too difficult apparently. You should probably go and eat out of the dumpster out back, its probably better anyway

Customer Service is awesome! The food was fresh, store and bathrooms were very clean. The kids enjoyed their trip to Burger King and the crowns were insight and enough for all of them! "My childhood" Burger King good job!
