If you want a really good, super-thin-crust pizza with fresh ingredients, but dont have a lot of time to wait around while a fresh pizza is made, come here and you almost certainly wont be disappointed (unless you happen to be incredibly picky about what you will or will not eat...I mean, they have multiple kinds of cheeses, multiple kinds of meats, multiple kinds of veggies, multiple kinds of sauces...you get the idea)! You can choose from one of Blazes already-thought-up pizza choices, or you can have them make one custom for you, and - as far as I know - theres pretty much no real limit on how many sauces and toppings you can put on a single pizza (within reason, of course...they probably wont let you keep telling them to add more and more stuff until your pizza resembles a miniature mountain...). The best part (besides how good everything tastes) is how fast they go from raw pizza dough with toppings to finished, fully cooked pizza: roughly 180 seconds. Thats just 3 minutes! Of course, the more stuff you add, the longer itll take to bake - though itll usually only increase in bake time by around a minute or so at most. Bottom line: great pizza + fast bake time + fresh and tasty ingredients = happy customers all day long!

I came in during a very busy time last night hoping to use a coupon for a buy on get one free that I had a code for. I placed my order through the app more than a hour before I came in to pick up my pizzas and still had to wait twenty minutes for my food. I was told they would not honor the coupon since I ordered through the app even though I explained that there was not a way to enter the coupon into the app and I had tried to call several times to ask if they could manually input it and they were not answering the phone. The manager said there was nothing he could do. I asked if they would be willing to give us a coupon for a free pizza later on, he said "I really cant do that" and walked away. The cashier did give me a coupon for a free pizza, but I realized later that it was already expired. Excellent food, very poor customer service

I have never had Blazes Pizza, Ive always gotten their salads, which are fresh! You can build your own & add as many items as you like at no extra cost. I love that! I always get the entre or the small & pay between $6-$8+. The staff arent friendly, but they arent rude either, they are face paced thats all. For some reason they ask if its your first time at Blaze. If you say yes they dont provide any additional help or suggestions, the same if you say no! Lemonade is overpriced.

I am a huge fan of Blaze pizza and have been to two or three other locations in the greater Chicago area. This one is just okay. The last time I was here my pizza was a bit too burnt because the guy manning the pizza oven was busy goofing off with one of the other workers. also, the layout is weird and theres a poll right by the cashier that makes it super awkward to find a comfortable place to stand while waiting for your pizza.

Building your own pizza is just perfect when you want to have pizza but about the unhealthy factor attracted to it! Their crust is not as crispy as new York style pizza but still thin and thus it doesnt feel bloated after having it. They are really quick considering the fact that everything is done in front of your eyes!

Its kind of sad that a Chipotle-styled pizza chain is the best pizza in Evanston, but its true. Theyre fast, they do thin-crust correctly (and cut the pizza into slices, not squares), theyre cheap, and theyre tasty. Way better than the other fast-food type pizza chains near by. What more could I ask for?

Make your own pizza is a good concept, but Blaze is always underbaked. And the cheese is falling off. The dough/crust is very thin, and the sauce just doesnt taste good! Much better pizza options in the area - Lous, Giordanos... and if you want something as cheap: Gigios!

I love pizza! I love it even more when I can make my own, with as many toppings as I want, and have no extra charge! One size, as many toppings as you want, no extra charge. Plus its cooked fast. The downside is its always crowded!

I dont know whats up with this location, some of the staff are great, some are real jerks. I get its busy and a fast paced environment, but it doesnt mean you have to have a right to be rude to the customers face.
