Wow. I should have headed the advice on here. But I had a Groupon I had purchased because Paisans delivers to me. The first time I tried to order, around 4pm, (usually off-peak for restaurants), there was a shift change and my order was "lost". I waited until 5:30 and called and found out, with a starving kid, that there was no order for me and the day shifters forgot to "tell" the night shifters. Thats what I was told, seriously. I should have known better than to place another order. I ws told Id have a credit. Today, I used a Groupon, which no one understood how go use. After calling back, I was told that I needed to pay tax and delivery, even if it was less than the Groupon. It took the phone person 10 minutes to tell me this. I ended up not receiving the full value of the Groupon and no one told me that until the order was on its way. Of course, there was no credit in the system. Annoyed, I asked to speak to the manager. I was put back on hold, called again, and told them Id call back. Ten minutes later, I called back and the manager is "unavailable." its 6:45 and no one knows if he will return. Unbelievable. How can I even rate the food when I have such a hard time ordering? The food is fair, at best, and doesnt taste so good when you are irritated when you order. If you must, dine in, otherwise go to another Italian place. I love that their phone message talks about good service. I will not order from them again.

The food is very good, ( If a little overpriced for the portions), I don,t mind that, the ambience is very good too, but in the service area is where it lacks a lot, the staff congregates in one corner where they seem to be having a lot of fun and laughter completely oblivious of the clientele, a lot of effort taken to call the attention of someone when I wanted to pay the bill, when the bill was delivered and I laid my credit card, hardly anyone noticed for a while, I could have walked out without paying the bill, I dont mind when everyone is buzzy, I will understand that, but that was not the case this time. I have to point out that this experience took place in the Ogden Ave. location in Berwin, not the one in Cicero, for some reason the web page turns to Cicero when I am in the Berwin page.

Ive been ordering delivery service from this restaurant for almost 3 years and never had a problem...UNTIL TODAY! First off, I do understand the safety concerns that delivery drivers face. So, I was very patient in what seemed to turn into an interrogation when I attempted to place my order via telephone. I always order from the same phone number and address so I expected my info to be in the system. It was not! I was placed on hold while the order clerk verified if Paisans delivers to my address...5 blocks away. Then, the interrogation started...regarding whether or not Ive place past orders from my phone. Its okay...Ill go with the competition. On average, I spend $50 per order and tip the delivery driver generously. Salernos...let me see what youre working with.

Worst service I think Ive ever had – the waiter actually spilled beer on us and didnt clean it up. Appalling!! Then we asked him to clean it up and he still didnt. It took us over an hour to get our food and they served everyone else in our group without serving us. Finally, when it arrived the pizza was luke warm - and not worth the wait. The service for everyone else was slow as well - everyone was disappointed in service, drinks were not filled in a timely manner ( including water soda and alcohol), the waiters couldnt remember who ordered what and alcohol drinks were mixed up. I didnt see the manager stop by once to check on anything and we were a large group that had this prearranged - you would think they couldve planned better, and put their best foot forward.

A coworker brought this in for us and was immediately impressed. The sauce was not sickening sweet like some places. Huge plus!! Plus I cant get over how their pepperoni did not make the pizza greasy. That is a bonus because I can not stand a pizza that can turn the box transparent from all the greasy toppings. My only disappointment came from the crust. I prefer a little doughier crust that has a little more flavor. This crust was a bit hard and did not really notice any flavor which was masked by their delicious toppings. I will admit that it did take him a long time to get to downtown so that could have contributed to this condition along with the subzero temperatures of chibera. Overall this was a good pizza. Cant wait to check out their place for myself.

The worst service for local pizza. We been customers for 7 yrs and my order always wrong this time we had order pizza with boneless wings and order came with bone in wing i called back right away to let them kno it was at 6:25pm i was told they will just delivered the boneless wings it is 7:45pm now its been over 1 hour me and my kids waited and waited i called back asking if we can just have dessert instead me and yhe kids where already done eating dinner and i was transferred to 3 different people and end up speaking to a young man who was rude and had no customer service at all. The Alarcons will not order or step a foot in paisans pizza again! Freddys pizza will be out next opption next time! My kids are very disappointed! Smh

i used to live 1 block away from here and it was awesome. the food was always good and done in a timely fashion. i moved a couple miles away and had to start getting it delivered... and its like a totally different experience. one time it took an hour and 10 mins to deliver 2 chicken ceasar salads, when it got here there was no dressing so i called back and it took about another 45 mins to deliver the dressing. it only takes 5 mins to drive to my house from paisans. highly recommended for pick-up. delivery is very slow and the drivers often mess up. overall, i love the food. all of it. ive ordered just about everything off this menu.

Ordene una pizza y wings, después de hora y media llamó porque mi orden no había llegado y me responden que no hicieron la orden porque no tenían mi informacion. Entonces porque recojan el teléfono a números que no tienen registradoa si no les van a tomar la orden. Que poco profecionales son e irreaponsables
