No longer BYOB. Dock 1 star for that plus the fact that our waitress was very rude about it when we showed up with wine - sorry we didnt get the memo! She was also giving me skeptical looks about my request for no cheese on anything, mild dairy intolerance over here.... thanks. Im chalking that one up to an off night, because we come here a decent amount and usually service is great. Otherwise, this is still an awesome place for Italian. Im partial to the pizza and appetizers. Havent experimented with much the entrees but Im sure they are yummy as well. Seating wise, it can be crowded on the weekends, so make a reservation if you are coming during prime hours. There isnt really a good waiting area if you are a walk-in.

I really am starting to love this place. Really inviting, warm staff. Relaxed vibe. The food is good, and much of it great. If I have one criticism, its the basic tomato sauce they use: just a bit sweet for my taste. It is also the one place I really like to bring my own bottle, and many folks do. (The liquor store across the street has a pretty meager selection of wines). Seriously terrific staff. And the bread and pizza crust (from the brick oven) - fabulous. Definitely worth a few more steps north on Clark in A-ville!

This restaurant and especially the business owner is not kid or family-friendly. Right when we got seated, my 2YO daughter got a little upset & therefore a bit noisy. A minute later, the owner came over but not to welcome us but rather, made is sound like it was a privilege to be at his restaurant because we were immediately told to quiet our child or leave. We took the latter option & will never return. There is a reason why there were many empty tables & it stems from bad ownership.

Charcuterie and Cheese Plate, Margherita Pizza, Peking Duck Pizza, Mushroom Pizza, Hosui Pear Pizza, House Made Bombolino, two Tap Beers, one Latte, and one Mozzeria Sunrise. Mozzeria is a deaf couple owned Italian restaurant. I brought my family here to have a dinner in supporting the Deaf community. Their Neapolitan Pizzas were exquisite, full of freshness, and flavorful! Highly recommend if youre in a mood of having gourmet pizza with your family!

This place is delicious. The food is so fresh and prepared to perfection. Everything is sumptuous: grilled calamari, the salads, pasta dishes, pizzas, and I have ordered the Tilapia 3 times already. The rigatoni with sausage, peas in a cream sauce is my favorite pasta dish. Mario is a welcoming soul - makes you feel like you are sitting in the mountains of southern Italy! Ciao Julie E.

Cozy, warm ambience. I went to this pizza joint because it is right around the corner and Chicago is about supporting community businesses, and they didnt disappoint. It was only carryout but the service was fast and with a smile, and the atmosphere was cozy and warm. Enjoyed the old world decor, too... Will be back to dine in as its more a place for experiencing the atmosphere...

Everything Ive eaten there, from the complimentary bread to the salads to the phenomenal pizzas, has been absolutely delicious. We went in on a busy Saturday night, and the owner bustled to pull two tables together for us. Hes always there, smiling and asking how everything is. And every server there has a beautiful smile and a wonderful, friendly attitude.

Only tried the pizza and cal zone. Pizza (pepperoni) was great but not earth-flatteringly amazing. Tried pepperoni and mushroom cal zones. Mushroom cal zone was absolutely delicious: thin slices of potbelly + homemade ricotta. Highly recommend. Will be returning. Looking forward to trying more things here.

Just moved to the area and glad this was my first Italian delivery. Good was excellent. Had the Marherita pizza which brought me back to Rome. Had the Finnoglio said which was basic but fresh and crisp. Going to dine in next time but great food and reasonable prices. Buon appetito.

Excellent staff and great atmosphere. They have the best Neapolitan pizza in the city by far with sauce thats the stuff of dreams. Every dish Ive ever had here has been perfectly prepared, and Ive been to Antica countless times. Certainly Andersonvilles hidden gem, if not Chicagos.

I love Mario ( chef and owner) and Im in love with their food. My favorite is Insalata di Polipo ( octopuses with oil and olives). Their fresh baked bread is also amazing! Not to mention their wine menu. Definitely recommend this place!!! I in love with this place!!!

Absolutely wonderful. The pizza and pasta dishes are among some of the best I have eaten. The owners are wonderfully energetic and have produced a wait staff that makes you feel welcome every time.

The Classic Chicago was great! Order ahead, I did a walk in around 5 PM and had to wait about 40 minutes! The wait is real, but worth it.
