Ive been here multiple times, I must say the younger guy and girl who work in the front desk are cool they take good care of me and they are very helpful. Especially when i have a football size pizza and have other food items with me, they will help me out and bring it to my car for me. However, there is an older lady who works their as well and she is just rude. she has dark hair, and at first i thought she was the owner but im not entirely sure. I dont like her at all, when I call i already know how her voice sounds and just know shes rude. She is so slow, today I had to tell her to get more help with her because she was moving way to slow. The guy behind me even left from how long she was taking. To make matters worse one of the times she took my order and had it wrong. Ive notice when I am inside their picking up my food she literally answers the phone so rudely and doesnt even say "to please hold" in a polite way. I come here often to pick up food for the workers at my job and ive notice this ladies attitude and i just dont like her. Ill be honest I will be rude on purpose. I only treat people the way they treat me. Like i said the other younger employees are 10x better. They always have a smile in their face and will listen to you. Food and wings are great, its just that one lady.

Me and my family have been long time customers of Bellas pizza since before they moved to Ashland. After a few stop ins and deliveries I am sick of Bellas service! When I had went to pick up an order I waited 10 min before being attended to. There were workers in the back talking loudly and laughing and I even rang the bell and still no service. I just had a pizza delivered to me and it is raining outside. I understand no one wants to get wet but if you are a pizza deliverer, its your job to get the pizza delivered! I had to give the driver directions when Bellas is right down the street from where I live and the driver made me come outside to get the pizza myself! He didnt step foot out of his car. I may sound petty, but Im the customer! I should not have had to go outside. The driver couldve came inside to the lobby.

This isnt the best pizza in the world but its always there for me in an emergency. I love the sauce. It has a nice sweet taste that compliments the toppings. Some places charge an arm & a leg for pizza but this place is reasonable when compared with the others. Pizza can be a high profit money maker considering I can create the same product at home for dollars. So if youre looking for a good tasting affordable pizza, then this is your place. When you call ask them about the "Bellas Carryout Special", Im not sure if they are still doing it but it never seems to go away. Youll get a deal on your pizza & a 2 liter of soda. It doesnt hurt to ask.

Shockingly bad service. Price on pickup was 20% higher than website and advertised, which makes them well above average price, and they were unapologetic and aggressively rude about it. They have a pan cut pizza and a regular pizza that they pan cut the regular pizza anyway which is not right, unwanted and they insist is proper. Just a horrible experience. I will go farther for better service and food.

All I have to say the worst pizza i have ever had. The card board the pizza came in probably testes better... The delivery girl told me I had to to give her a tip in cash even though my receipt has a spot on it for the tip. All she kept telling me was no I had the pay tip in cash because it was better for me.... Weird...

Very rude disrespectful waited 2 and a half hour for driver then they send a driver that is not to deliver to my house then gets very disrespectful once we call to complain they hang up on us twice never again will I order and we have been a customer for a very long time .

Beware: online orders are farmed out to a 3rd party called EatStreet. The food I ordered was delivered but it was wrong. I called Bellas, they told me to call EatStreet. EatStreet told me to call Bellas. I threw the food away and ordered from somewhere else.

Waited on delivery for 2 hours still no show. Called and they told me the driver tried to call and ring the bell which is funny because they never even asked me my last name. How would they no which bell to ring. Also didnt miss any calls. Service is terrible.
