Good pizza, just extremely inconsistent. One time delivery took way too long and pizza wasnt hot. Next time we ordered, we gave our address for delivery. An hour later... we called asking for our pizza and it was marked as pick up. Again, no hot pizza. This last time we ordered a deep dish. We ordered extra tomato and so they put nearly no pizza sauce and didnt honor a replacement with good costumer service. They want the bad pizza back. Thats fine, it just shows a lack of trust being loyal costumers for 2 years. This will be the last time we order unfortunately. JBs is consistent. Ive once had a fallen pizza delivered and JBs made up for it for 2 following orders. Giordanos is consistent. Even Little Ceasars is consistent. Theres too much compitition to be dropping the ball. Great pizza, better then the competition. Just dine-in and watch them make your pizza.

Ordered a small thin crust with extra cheese and black olives and a caesar salad. It was enough for two and it was fantastic. It was around 20 bucks (including delivery) plus tip, which I was okay with. Any time I order pizza in the city I expect to pay around 20 bucks for just the pizza. I live fairly close and waited about 45 minutes, but to be fair the weather was awful. Still, not a bad wait time. The pizza and the salad were both very good. The thin crust is not that thin, which I liked. It is thinner than hand tossed, and more than sturdy enough to not droop but not overly crispy either. The sauce is unique, very bright and savory, and the cheese was excellent. I will be getting my next pizza from here.

Unexpected surprise! This has been down the street all these years and I never knew. I wanted to try something different, so listened to some reviews and ordered the thin, butter crust from Nueva Italy. The crust was delicious and crispy, and the sauce is top notch. As a bonus, the delivery driver was also incredibly friendly. I will have to try the deep dish next time, but I highly recommend the butter crust. Apparently this is one place that ordering by phone can be better than grubhub or their website though, as they sometimes have specials only available via phone.

Nueva Italy rocks your pizza needs in the far North side of the city! If you need a deep dish style pizza reminiscent of Lou Malnatis but cant quite make it to one of those, this place will provide. The thin crust is also not the typical cracker crust and a little closer to pan crust in size, yet it retains the familiar corn mealy texture as its more thicker counterpart. Check it out sometime soon! The staff and delivery folk are friendly and helpful.

Just found my favorite pizza place. The place is cute and the pizza was perfect. The crust was so thin and crispy with the freshest ingredients ever. Remember its a BYOB place so take advantage. Get there early and walk around the babe. Definitely on par or better than the other Brooklyn greats, Di Fara and Tortonis.

Pizza is good, person taking orders not so much. The delivery person was given the wrong address. Amount "owed" was $5 more than it should have been. Good delivery person was able to figure it out. Doubt if I will order from here again

I finally tried this place after ordering via Eat24 . . . I dont know what took me so long. My deep-dish mushroom pizza was the best deep-dish that Ive had in quite some time- better than Giordanos, even. I will be a frequent customer.
