I frequent chipotle at least a few times a week and this location is less than a mile from my house. They have such terrible service and attitudes there and are extremely frugal on the portion they give you even when you ask for extra (which would be considered a normal amount at any other chipotle). Ive been to this location a handful of times and each time I go thinking perhaps it would be different its just gotten worse and worse. I would sooner drive 10 miles out of my way to go to the chipotle in the Geneva area just so that I dont have to deal with the attitudes at this location! Food portions are ridiculous (and not in a good way), service is as bad as it could get and the taste of there food is extremely bland and tasteless. Do yourself a favor and find a different location!

I will never eat at this location again. Last year they messed up my food 3 times and today I went in there and ordered a chicken bowl ( I always do) their portions are very small. This location is very close to home and work. So its a shame that I have to drive all the way to 59 or Kirk Rd in St. Charles to enjoy some Chipotle where they give you such large portions that I can eat it in 2 seatings. Smh.

Chipotle is always nice!! This branch is very near to my work. Line moves faster and no wait time usually. Employees are very friendly and have smile on their face every time. Place is clean and not loud. You can enjoy your food. Great place for friends to hangout. Its a small branch when compared it to other branches in Aurora!!

My recent experience was good. Everyone I spoke to was helpful.They made my burrito bowl exactly the way I wanted it. I went when there was no rush or line. My suggestion as it is a smaller layout is to go before or after the typical lunch or dinner rushes.

Great food. Mediocre service. The ladies ringing up the order always speak to each other in Spanish and then smile deviously, leading the customer to believe that they are speaking derogatorily towards the customer in Spanish.

The food is just as good as any other chipotle however I find that this location is rushed a lot of times even if there is only one or two people in line and it shows in how sloppy the burritos and bowls are put together.

Came here on $3 burrito day and I just really enjoyed how friendly the workers were even though it was insanely busy and people were lined out the door. I have a lot of respect for good customer service.

Not a Good place for vegetarian. They have Chicken in their sofritas. I had a bad experience in food & in service from one the employee name "Alison". No Apology from her & rude behavior. Be careful.
