no napkins, no receipt, no completed order, cold food. ughhh. double check your bag at drive thru. i love BK. Hate this site. Every time they get the order wrong. i know now not to drive away until everything is accounted for. also, ask for a receipt so you can show them when they forget half your order! this place is run by degenerates. i could open up a BK across the street and put this one out of business in a wk. oh wait! there is one. its called Mcdonalds! just go there and save yourself the frustration

I ordered a chicken sandwich with no tomatoes and a root beer with no ice. I got a chicken sandwich *with* tomatoes and a cherry coke (?) *with* ice. Also the drive thru speaker was insanely quiet, but today was the first time it was ever like that. Overall, its generally an okay restaurant. The ice thing is consistently an issue but they usually get the food correct.

I often have to wait a little when i use the drive-through between 10:30-11:30am. Today was a total of 14 minutes. An eternity in terms of fast food. Not a big deal, but i stopped there for the fast part and was late as a result. They also always short you on sauce. Make sure to ask for them if you care.

Went there yesterday at 10:30 am after church for a quick bite, had breakfast, potatoes were cold, not good at all, sandwich was not hot but a little warmer, coffee was hot. Was in a slight rush or I would have taken it back to counter, we (2) ate there.

They close at 12am but if you go there at 1045pm or after thru drive thru, they just ignore you. Can see them inside but wont take order!! They even turn the lights off to make it seem like they are closed. Bad management!!

At the drivethru they have you pull forward to a window after you pay that is not in view of the kitchen or any employees. If the order is wrong, which happens often, you have no way of flagging anyone down to fix the order

9:30 pm - Closed for cleaning. Yet we did not see anyone cleaning. In fact we didnt see anyone at all! Hours online are 6am - 12am!
