I had the worst experience with this location tonight. I decided to order take out with my best friend and she picked it up on the way home. It was a $30 order and I was so excited to eat yummy omega chicken tenders like I order ALL the time. The manager took my order and I asked him to not put onions on the salad for my bestie and I asked for my tenders to be tossed in barbecue (thats the only way I eat them). We begin to dig in and my tenders were NOT tossed like I asked and there were no barbecue sauce to be found. Onions on the salad and the food was cold. Well her salad is supposed to be cold but my tenders and mashed potatoes and soup are supposed to be hot. I called the manager Greg back and told him my concerns. The thing that bothered me the most was he argued with me for about 5 minutes that there was barbecue sauce in my bag. I told him even if there was that is NOT how I wanted them. I wanted them tossed. He did not care and I told him as a manager he should take care of his customer since this is what I paid for and $30 at that. He told me the only thing he can do is give me barbecue sauce for free next time. I could NOT believe my ears. Who treats paying customers like this. It made me so mad I just wasted time out of my day to express to you all make sure u check your orders and make sure its what u want if u carry out. I have never been so insulted EVER!! Great job Greg you lost a customer you have had for years. This is so upsetting I wish I can show you all a pic. I have tenders and a peach slice. What a great dinner. If I could give this review negative stars I would but I had to give it atleast 1 star to share my experience.

I used to go here a lot when I was younger and like it. Recently I took my wife and teenage daughter for lunch. Place was some what busy. Definitely needs updating. We had to move 2 times , because the booths along the window wall had a nice flow of the outside air (which it is winter) coming in thru the cracks. In the dilapidated wood trim. Host seemed very frustrated that we need to move to a non wind tunnel location. We are vegetarians , I ordered a side of hash browns with onions and got no onions, so my wife ordered a salad that included chicken and blue cheese and avocado. She asked for no chicken and no blue cheese. She got blue cheese no avacado and also no chicken. The salad was like $18. So when we got the check they didnt discount for the no chicken and no blue chesse. When we questioned them about it the waitress now seem very annoyed. She talk to manager and came back and said we dont do that here. So we talked to the manager and he said we cant customize for people or they would have to do it all the time. Also said if someone orders steak and potatoes and ask for no potatos ,they Cant discount it. Well meat / chicken and blue chesse are what made it an $18.00 ice burg salad, everyone knows that. Anyways, he refunded us $2.00 and scolded my wife and was straight up rude. Apparently the use waitress and the cook paid no attention to our order and the hospitality sucks. Will never be going back here again!! Well after I left this review, I went and read some reviews and it seems to have a lot of similar complaints. I think this place needs re staffing and remodeling or just needs to close!

We had very good food but the WORST SERVICE EVER from our waitress Crystal. From the moment she approached our table. We were there to celebrate one of our co-workers and she was rude from the start! Rolled her eyes at us, shook her head as she walked away. When one of us asked to place a to go order she sighed heavily and said Ill have to come back I have other tables to tend to. But not in a nice manner. It didnt matter how she treated us because she received her 18% tip because we were a party greater than 6. When our boss approached the manager, Tele, on our way out to tell him about the poor service, he shrugged, barely gave an apology then said happy New Year. She then called to speak to someone else and he told her, I dont know what you want me to do about it! I guess it doesnt matter to them because they have a very busy restaurant - so they dont care about repeat business. Word of advice - if Crystal approaches your table to wait on you - ask for a new table. Better yet, go to MAJOR down the street - they are nicer and the food is comparable. And no I am not in any way affiliated with Major.

I recently just dinned here, and after this experience I will never eat here again! I ordered a skillet and while mixing it up before eating I discovered a very large and dark hair in my food. I politey brought it to our servers attention, and asked for a new one. She came back later with a new skillet for me, and apologized. Upon eating the new skillet that was brought to me , believe it or not I found another hair in my food. I was throughly disgusted since I had already taken a few bites from it. I brought it up to the server again, I told her that I was done and that I wanted to have it taken off of our bill. She said she would have to talk to the manager first, and while she was getting our check the manager stood there the whole time giving us dirty looks. Once we got our check we left, and when we were leaving that manager came to the front manager and said something to him about us and the two stood there giving us looks the whole time. I will never come back here again, and Im going to tell as many people as possible about this experience so that they dont make the mistake of coming here themselves.

We went to Omega in D.G. on Ogden this evening. My husband totally enjoyed his dinner, a spinach pie. However, the tilapia that my friend and I both ordered was not good and we ended up sending both plates back. The fish tasted like it had been boiled and then lemon sauce poured over it. Definitely not worth the $10+ price! Her son, 7, had a hamburger that she requested be cooked 100% so the waitress put it in as "well done." The result was a hamburger that could barely be cut. They did accommodate us by bringing substitute meals without complaint. The service was also lacking: waitress brought the salads, but no salad dressing until about 10-15 mins. later, the hot water for tea, but no tea bag, wine did not arrive until about 10 mins. after we ordered it, etc. Last, the manager, who our waitress had consulted with, did not mention anything when we paid for the meals. I like Omega breakfasts, but definitely will not go back for dinner. We much prefer Stevens on 63rd for both service and meals.
