EXCELLENT! Food. Service. Management. 5*. May I suggest the 16 ounce New York strip? Take a look at my pictures. I posted nearly 50. You can see pictures of our meal and the dessert case. They are open 24 hours. Located across from WI state fair park. 1 end block from the New hotel. Our waitress this time was Edna. She got our order perfect. Even waiting to put our steak order in when we were ready. Wish I took a picture of the beautiful salad she created. The owner, pictures shown, was kind enough to bring out our selections of the two 16 ounce NY strips for our approval. What service! We felt as though we were eating at a $100.00 a plate steak house. Instead our steaks were $18.95 you have your choice of soup or salad. Soups change daily. Always 2 different ones offered. Fridays they have clam chowder. The best. I forget the day they have chicken tortilla soup. Wow is that good! Definitely something you need to try. We also got a bread basket, comes with all dinners and suppers. The bread is sliced fresh by your waitress, just for you. Our beautiful tasty steaks came with sautéed mushing, grilled tomatoes (my fav), grilled mini yellow and green zucchini with a light tasty seasoning. You also get the choice of a free glass of wine or beer, or one of their beautiful desserts. Whether youre a local or a traveler this is an excellent place for a great meal. They also have an amazing lunch (dinner) special. Your choice of 5 different sandwiches (half), the French dip is awesome! Plus a house side salad (quite large and with all the yummies ) plus a cup of soup. For only $5.95 very filling and satisfying. Its a bargain you wont see elsewhere. We have been dining here since 2001. Steady customers. Stop on in, get a great meal. Sit by one of the 3 large fish tanks, or find a little book for privacy, or there are lots of window seats to see the goings on at state fair.

My family and I go here all the time and we love it. There are plenty of choices for kids, and they are nice size portions. For Adults, there is an endless amount of choices. The Athenian salad is delicious!! I read the other review (1 star) and say Ive never encountered anyone getting their on coffee or touching the silverware. The staff are very friendly and on top of refills and cleaning off tables. There are machine games, but I suppose if that bothers you can asked to be seated elsewhere. I have never been sat on that side, there is plenty of seating where they arent even in sight. With anywhere you go, you may hear people cursing, but again, I would bet the management would want to accommodate and keep your business. A lot of people act like nothing is wrong while their in a situation and then complain about it later. I have never had a bad experience or seen or heard anything like what was explained. I used to manage a restaurant, Im very observant of these things, and Im often overly critical.

My husband and I used to come here all the time but dont anymore since we have found better restaurants. The decor is really outdated. It looks like it needs a good cleaning as well. They have a great selection of all different types of food and the portions are huge. My problem with the place is that none of the ingredients taste very fresh. I can tell that most of their food is frozen and many of the ingredients come out of a can. This place would be much better if they used fresh ingredients. I would be willing to pay more for better quality food. Regardless, I wont be back. For breakfast, try someplace like Blues Egg. The prices are comparable but the ingredients are fresh. Makes all the difference in the world!!!

Ordered food two days ago for my birthday. I ordered two gyro meals, appetizer sampler, two cheesecake slices, and an extra order of fries. Please note I ordered thru grubhub for delivery. The delivery was great and fast but my issue was the food it seemed like it was previously cooked and just reheated and for over $50 plus delivery fee and tip I felt cheated. This was my second time getting food from this restaurant and I deserved better as a customer meaning fresh food and fries. Also the portion size for the cost was terrible I was literally given just a handful of fries with both meals and the extra order of fries. The main good thing about my order was the cheesecake which was great.

I have been going here for approx. 5 years every Fri. morning for the french toast and sausage, which is very good. With coffee the price is moderately priced at $7. The waitresses know me and will just ask if I want the same thing. Today was like every other day, I was asked if I wanted the french toast and sausage, which I did. When the bill came the price had gone up almost 50%!!! When I asked about this the cashier said they have gone to a ala carte model. I dont have a problem with a business raising its prices, but then the waitress should have mentioned the change, so I could change accordingly. I wont go back go back when they treat their loyal customers like this.

used to be a good place, but my last visit ordered our drinks, asked for an Iced Tea and a dish of lemon slices, and was told that the first slice is free, and then 20 cents a slice. We were rather frequent diners, and usually end up with a bill of at least $40-$50 plus a 15-20% tip. Were sorry you were worried about the price of lemons, Instead of keeping a frequent customer happy. You now have 3 less customers. Oh well had a great experience at Bakers Square, where the waiter was great. So now we no longer go to Pegasus, we will now head over to Bakers Square instead.

We normally have good experience here which is why we come back but not any more :( waitresses are nice usually ok food but my husband had the Irish eggs benedict which was one of their specials and my husband couldnt even finish it the corn beef was way different than last time, it smelled and tasted funny and when I told the manager she said they never had a complaint and that the meat is fresh. I told her she should check it and all she said was thank you for telling me but I know its fresh. Sorry to say we will never be back to a place that we use to like.

My husband and I go here very often. The portions are large (I always have leftovers to take home!) and the prices are good. They have such a variety of food, everyone can find something they like. Breakfast is even served all day. And it all tastes like a good home-cooked meal. The service is great, too. To the reviewer about the slot machines, I didnt even notice there were slot machines until my fifth time going there. You can asked to be seated where you dont see them. I like the seats near the fish. :)

My husband and I decided to dine at Pegasus on a Saturday evening what a mistake. We were seated next to slot machines and a table where people were playing Dominos and cursing and yelling. They also took it upon themselves to go the waitress station and serve them selves coffee and touch the silver ware. We found this disturbing and very unsanitary needless to say we will never eat there again! October 9, 2010
