Worst customer servive Ive ever encountered. Called for a pizza delivery and the lady behind the phone proceeded to YELL at me and my sister after we accidentally called with our number blocked (our fault in that part, we werent aware of having it blocked) so we fixed it and called again, hoping for us to be able to order now. The lady did NOT change her attitude, showing rude manners, and threatening us to get our number tracked down by the police — even when we expressed our sincere apoligies and asked her to let us order. She did not show an ounce of respect to us, which is quite surprising; what kind of customer service is this parlor giving?? At the end we ended up ordering from Jets Pizza, but that still doesnt vanish the fact that Im never placing any orders on this parlor again.

So I placed an order online and placed cash order. The bill was for $28 and I gave her $40(2 Twenty dollar bills). I asked for $7 back. She says I dont have enough change. So I call to pay over the phone with my card and they said they cant do anything about it because it had already been cashed out. "The driver will have to come back and theyll have to cancel out the order" is what Im told after the young lady spoke with I guess a supervisor. That is so frustrating that was their soultion... They couldve canceled the order over the phone and taken another order over the phone and let me pay for that one... I only order from here since they are the only Pizza Hut that delivers to me. This however is the last time this location will receive any of my money..

DO. NOT. ORDER. Im a very forgiving person, so I gave this place a few tries even after regularly taking 2 hours to have a pizza deliered, but never again. Just had to drive to the store to cancel in person after waiting 3 hours for a pizza (with a two hour estimate online of course). My wife had been on the phone and disconnected four times after being on hold for 10 minutes each time. Their excuse: the same as every time. one person there and only one driver, who was new. The person working there was specifically ignoring the phone. Do yourself a favor: order from one of the many fantastic local Italian/pizza options in the area (or the always speedy Dominos) who are happy to have your business.

Called and placed an order for delivery and it arrived in 50 min after being told it would take about 1.5 - 2 hours. My order was HOT and correct. The only thing I didnt like was that the delivery driver banged on the front door to the building (I live in an apt building) before attempting to ring my bell or call me. Granted my landlord needs to replace the light over the front door, but I just think that was rude considering the driver took the time to read the note telling them to come to the side entrance but didnt try calling before banging on the door.

Customer service at this location is lacking extremely. I only seen one person working and even though she was working hard, she never used gloves which is very unsanitary. The other worker was discussing her relationship problems and on her phone texting. She was extremely unprofessional. She seemed to have on dirty clothes and stood in the area where the pizza comes out of the oven and put her coat on. This location needs serious help as it is making pizza Hut look bad. Dont think Ill be returning.

As the old saying goes "You get what you pay for." After seeing the new commercials and a new location in my neighborhood, I thought I would give it a try. Bad decision. After waiting 1.5 hr, my pizza arrived cold. The "cheese" inside the crust had congealed and it did not look appetizing. I called to speak with the manager and it became quite clear that customer service was lacking. She was rude and extremely condescending. Id rather spend a few bucks more for better pizza and service next time.

After seeing a commercial for a new pizza, I figured I would try... TRY to have a somewhat normal experience as opposed to the 2 other times I tried to enjoy a semi normal pizza experience... today they opened over an hour late and I had ordered online. "They will get situated and call me back in 30 minutes". Really?? So an hour and a half after you open you may or may not call me back? Why call? How about the pizza I preordered simply to AVOID this type of ineptitude

Giving this location another chance , spoke to a really nice gentlemen (I think his name was Levi, forgive if Im wrong) he guaranteed me my order will not come cold! Waiting on it now. If hes new, keep him! AMAZING customer service from him.
