Very bad customer service...... I ordered online pizza and bread sticks & after 15 mins got call from this store. The person who called me said that bread sticks are not available and after little arguments he asked his manager to talk and the manager told me that bread sticks are available and hung up the call....it was very rude

Worst customer service. Rude manager. Takes order for things that they dont have and dont serve. For example ordered pan and received Hand tossed, 3 toppings and got 2 toppings. Orders blue cheese and at pick up they dont have it.

Even if you order well in advance, theyll make you wait 20+ minutes while they make it in front of you as you wait, instead of having it ready made when their little teleprompter says "Ready".

Im usually satisfied with this pizza hut. Ive had better luck ordering online rather than phoning in the order. Order taker can be very rude.

This Pizza Hut is beyond disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE. I found a finger nail in my pizza and manager was stuck up and beyond helpless.
