Flagg Creek Golf Course is a nine hole, par 33 course, jointly owned by the City of Countryside and the Pleasant Dale Park District. Converted from a 12 hole course, the central three holes were changed into a nice driving range with both mat and grass tees. Pitching practice areas are available behind the seventh fairway and the ninth tee. A practice putting green lies between the clubhouse and the driving range. If you are a consistently good shot maker, you should be able to avoid most of the strategically placed hazards. Most of the par four holes are straight, but ending in tiny, little mini-dog legs, containing the greens- along with mounds and sand traps to catch errant efforts. After a few practice rounds, you will learn how a few yards or degrees difference in your drives will either catch a fairway mound, or use it as a ramp to gain extra yardage. Canadian Geese love the ponds in season, adding a possible "slipping hazard" when you walk: so, watch where you step - you have been warned! The greens are similarly designed to challenge the golfer. Multiple undulations, level changes and "brows" are all there to sneak a few extra strokes onto your score card. The nicely appointed clubhouse includes a pro shop and restaurant with bar. The adjacent covered patio overlooks the pond with spray fountain on the ninth fairway. The course is well-maintained with colorful floral displays during season. Fairways and greens are well watered. Frequent golfers should buy a Discount Card which gives the purchaser $115 in value for every $100 paid. See you in the clubhouse!

We purchased a twilight round and there was no communication about a kids golf tourney before our outing. The first hole took us an hour to complete and we had to call and complain to get only some of our money back. The course sucks too. Theres divets all over the course, dead grass, and the pro is incompetent. Plus the front desk is just plain rude. I am never coming back. They are simply bitches.

I didnt eat here but I played 9. The lady at the clubhouse and the starter were very nice. I like the course layout. I found the pace of play really slow...I dont know that it is this way all the time but it was when I visited. Fortunately I had the time and was able to get some good practice in while I waited (nearly every hole). Ill go back again for sure as its really close by.

Purchased a twilight round early. Sat there patiently waiting for my group to be called. 45 min later nothing. Politely got up and left. Completely useless staff, poorly ran. Wont be coming back even though I work 5 min away. Gladly go to another golf course

this place has the worst drainage system than any course ive played in chicago. half the course is perpetually flooded for most of the year. $20 for walking 9 holes during the season.
