My girlfriend and I was greeted by a very personable smile and hello from a server Melanie. It was pretty busy but was greeted in a timely manner. She showed us to our table and then introduced herself as our server, she then asked if she could start us off with any drinks. She explained that she was the only server there and it was busy but she promised to give us great service. She was very personable and outgoing. The food came out quick and it was delicious. We were astounded how attentive she was with us as well as all her other tables considering how busy she was being the only server. She was doing everything there, she was greeting and seating the guests as well as servering, cleaning and a bunch of other tasks!! At the end of our meal she cashed us out and said " Thank You Both Very Much and Have a Wonderful Night, Hope to See You Again!" I was amazed at how calm she was considering the hecticness going on all around her, but yet she did it all with a smile and showed us much gratitude as her guests for the night!!! We are definitely coming back!! See You Soon!!!

Worst Ihop experience ever. My family and I have waited here for 50 minutes for eggs, a 3 cheese quesadilla, and a waffle. My quesadilla wad wrong both times. They forgot the chicken, then they added onions. I had a inattentive server who not only came over twice through the whole time, didnt come to check on our drinks even. My brothers waffle combo was completely cold along with the bacon on my sisters plate. I will never come here again. There was no excuse for this as we were the only table in the restaurant and for it to take that long is inexcusable. Theres no manager here to speak with about the incident

I am furious! I drove an hour out here to come to this IHOP in particular and it is CLOSED!! THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! YOU HAVE A GIANT SIGN OUTSIDE YOUR STORE LIT UP THAT SAYS OPEN 24 HOURS! it is such a shame to ruin a loyal customer like that. I have been coming to this store since i was a small child and both my children enjoy coming to bunny hop, i will never come this this and maybe not any other IHOP ever. Forever disappointed. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF HOW CAN YOU CHANGE MY ONE START RATING TO FIVE AFTER I HIT SEND. WOW YOU ARE A REAP MESS ARNT YOU.!

I live closer to the Crestwood location however, I have decided to frequent this location because the service is so much better. Called the Crestwood location one Sunday morning to place an order for pick up and no one answered the call. I called this location and the telephone was answered on the second ring. The hostess who answered was very patient, friendly and helpful. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my order, things were pretty hectic there but the staff handled it like Champs! Love this location!

I went about two weeks ago, terrible customer service!!!!!! I felt discriminated since the waitress, Jennifer referred to us as the Mexican People. My family and I left without making a purchase. The following day I called to speak to her manager, I believe Diane. Diane was supposed to call us back to compensate us for the terrible service we had received. Up to this day I havent received an apology or a call from her. Dont go to this place!!!!

This place is outdated and needs to be revamped. I love going to IHOP, but this one stinks, literally. My husband compared the smell to a sweaty foot. It is probably the carpets that smell. I went just last week and the air conditioning wasnt working right. The waitresses are slow or it could be the cooks. Not a very nice restaurant anymore. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the food was good.

Absolutely horrific, I ordered a cheeseburger club, they brought me a hamburger club, I politely informed the waiter that there was no cheese to which I was told you have to ask for cheese, dumbfounded I asked since when do you have to request cheese on a CHEESEBURGER sad thing is the manager at the time told me the same thing. Everytime I go in there we have had problems with our order.

We walked in and no one was greeting at the door, had to wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged! Waitress was very nice but kept forgetting things. Food came out and wasnt even hot. Got the bill and realized 2 12oz cups of apple juice cost me 6 dollars!! Im sorry but a drink should NOT be 3 dollars apiece!! The prices for the food are to high for the actual food. Wont be going back!

Breakfast was enjoyable on some levels however the eggs seemed very runny. The waitress got the order out quickly but messed up the drink the first time. The waitress spoke very quietly and seemed timid. Very hard to understand. If you are looking for a place for breakfast, i would suggest dining at the Dennys across Lagrange from this location.

My waitress Julia was very nice. She was sweet and attentive. I asked for a side of sautéed veggies which isnt on the menu, but it was no problem! The bathroom wasnt very clean though and the bathroom area has a septic smell that almost ran me out of the place. 5 stars if they get that situation fixed.

A pancake house should at least have good pancakes, they taste like precooked then microwaved. The service isnt anything to write home about and the restaurant itself is poorly maintained. The whole restaurant smells like a toilet... Disgusting and will never come back.

Open 24 hours Friday and Saturday. One of the better restaurants. Service is prompt and courteous. Food comes out hot and made to order the first time. Great for a quick stop or a long stay, big or small party. Easily a quick comfort food stop.

Great food, and best of all was the service.I didnt even have to ask for a thing, the waitress was extremely attentive and friendly. My food was quickly done and fresh. Nimah was the waitress who served me and is the best they have.

Bad training service .I placed a salad order and they charged me over $ 3.00 for garlic bread and was told the salads DO NOT COME with garlic bread but, the nenue says it does .GOOD FOOD THOUGH.

They put a 8 dollar tip on my receipt saying I have to pay it even though it wasnt good service & also they dont spilt seats so one person had to pay for the whole thing. It was bogus

Owner is cheap and wont hire any employees at night. Had to wait a hour and a half for food. When it would get crowded and the booths were empty they would tell people to leave.

Never had a problem...waiters and waitresses are very polite. Usually go at nighttime though. Great place to go late at night
