Ive been going to this place for years. The food is always reliably GOOD to excellent, the pricing reasonable, the parking lot large, and the location right off the highway is a major plus. Round it out with the outlet mall across the street an you can see why its one of my go-to restaurants. There is also a bar but it can be loud and the air conditioning up a bit too much, so stay in the restaurant for a better experience unless youre looking for those things. You cant go wrong getting a burger but some of my other favorites are the chicken teriyaki pita, the raspberry salad, and the fish tacos. Sides shine as well---those sweet potato waffle fries never ever fail to please, but get the fruit if youre on a diet; its nice. Appetizers are great too, try the mozzarella won-tons. Desserts are always fun and exactly what they should be. Wait staff has been a little hit and miss lately but overall has been excellent. The decor has a bit of flair for this area but Id encourage them to do more during the next renovation. Its nothing fancy and could benefit from a punch. If youre in the area, its worth the visit.

We were staying at Radisson and we decided to order room service which is being serviced by the hotels restaurant, Chancery. Their food was great. We ordered fried chicken which came with awesome mashed potato. The mashed potato was so yummy I can eat it by itself. The chicken was great too. Also, we had pot pie and it was delicious as well. And oh, to me their one serving was generous that it can be for two or more which was the case for us.

We were struggling to decide where to eat in Gurnee. We decided to drive to Wisconsin when we thought of Chancery. Its long been a local favorite chain. This is one of the few places with kids fish. Our 9 year old loves it! Food is good, not amazing, but consistent and a great value. Its a fun chain for the whole family. The lead waitress, Melissa, is fantastic. Very personable and attentive.

Disappointing is the nicest i can be. It used to be such good food, and now it seemed mostly pre-prepared. My California wrap was good, but it was supposed to have chicken. It had a single processed chicken nugget in it. Avocado was mush. Fries were cold to the touch. All that for $12. Bill for 2 was just under $50 and worth half that. Maybe less. Doubt well be back

We visit this Chancery several times a year for special occasions and usually the food and service exceeds our expectations. Id recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice meal with a family. I often order the chicken sandwich and they will cook it buffalo-style if you ask nicely.

I went here a few times on a work trip, and its the only thing close for a ways. The breakfast was fantastic, I got an egg white omelet and the mixed fruit plate was fantastic. Dinner was OK, there werent many healthy options and nothing really appealing to me, but it was decent

Nice location and a nice variety of food. However, the quality of the food could use some improvement. Specifically, the burger was completely flavorless. The fish fry was a bit on the greasy side. My kids also complained that the chicken fingers were too spicy.

The place looked fantastic and the employees were nice but the was too hot but when it cooled down it was really good I suggest the chicken dinner but I puked so thats 3 not because of the food because of my drink.ps I dont suggest the apple juice

Best service in terms of a takeout order. She let me know where all the food was packed have plenty of utensils, only thing is omelets are very small. Make sure to order them with extra eggs.
