I did a delivery order through grubhub and the order was placed at 10:48 AM. The delivery time was pushed back multiple times and I never got contact from the restaurant. I called the restaurant at 12:50 where a lady told me that grub hub never sent a driver. I asked why I did not receive a call from the restaurant. She asked, "have you ever done this before?" I let her know that yes I had done grub hub several times and had received calls from restaurants in the past when there were issues with my order. She then said that she did not get any driver or contact from the driver and that she ended up eating my order since no one was there to pick it up. I then asked why it did not occur to her to call the customer who had placed the order to let them know that the food was coming. She then repeated that she never received the driver for the food. I then asked if she had my number. She replied yes. I asked why she did not once try to contact me. She then said that they were really busy. She tells me they were busy after she had said SHE ATE MY FOOD!!!!! I never knew what disrespect a restaurant could put on a customer. I said thank you for your time and ended the conversation.

Everything here makes you feel like home. From the decor, to the friendly service staff, to the food, everything is done with great love and authenticity. There are no airs to this place, its a very down to earth vibe and you feel comfortable from the moment you step in. The food is awesome. I loved every bit of my breakfast. The portions are not huge, but just right. The service is great, despite the crowd they run a tight ship and make sure everyone is attended to. An overall great neighborhood cafe!

Cozy, comfortable, clean and welcoming diner-like spot with excellent food and friendly service. Found this treasure by looking for a breakfast spot that was half way between my residence and the residence of a friend. We will make plans to visit more frequently now that we can land in such a homey place. Their sausage is some of the best I have had.

Ive been twice, the food was very good both times, but the service was quite poor the second time around, waiting over an hour for food. The menu is pretty extensive and the prices are good. Im looking forward to trying it again, hopefully the poor service was a fluke.

there was a hair in my hash browns and i politely asked the waitress to grab me a new one, and they just put them on a different plate and brought it back to me withing 2 minutes. the service was also really bad. and it was not even buisy.

Nice, comfortable diner with extensive menu. Staff is friendly if frenzied some of the time. Food is very good, but the prices are just slightly on the high side. It is a morning diner and closes at 3:00 or a little before.

The restaurant is supposed to open up at 6 a.m. that means the staff should be there at least a half an hour sometimes they dont get there till 5 after 6. The food is average the staff is pleasant and friendly.

Great diner. My go to breakfast place. Waitresses are friendly, even though they can get super busy and give you slow as heck service. But I dont mind since they always get by with a smile!

Really like this place. Nice diner style restaurant, but clean, and friendly. I usually have the Eggs Benedict (original). They have daily specials as well. Happy to recommend this place.

This is one of the best breakfast and lunch spot in Albany Park. Its tiny but if your in the Albany Park, its worth the stop. Its not open for dinner, though. I recomend the pancakes.
