The new Clarkes in Rogers Park is fantastic, a great addition to the neighborhood! I have gone to the original restaurant in Evanston for many loyal years, but this new Clarkes is now my favorite -- it has a great atmosphere indoors and a large outdoor seating area right on Sheridan Rd., which provides a great combination of people-watching and privacy. The waitstaff is wonderfully friendly. The Monte Cristo is my favorite. Great burgers too!

This place has no atmosphere and its pretty pricey for whats offered. Huge menu. We had to seat ourselves, and then get back up to go get our own menus. When I received my food, they brought me something I didnt order. I cancelled the order after waiting 15 minutes, and asked for the bill for my coffee. That took another 15 minutes. The place wasnt even busy. Maybe 8 tables were sat. I swore to never go back. Coleslaw was pretty good, though.

This place is ok when it is open, but dont rely on them to actually be open when they say they are. My friend and I went a few hours before they were supposed to close and were told they were closed, although they were still serving customers inside...

I was super impressed by the portions of the food. They have a full menu with lots of breakfast and lunch items, which are all delicious! The restaurant was clean and we were seated promptly! Good value!

Good food and friendly staff but dont plan on staying too late. Although their menus advertise the restaurant is open 24 hours, they are not. Check the hours before sitting down for a late night snack.

Service was a bit slow (after seating) but it was a little more than an hour before closing so I understand. I went in a group of 6 and they were able to accommodate us right away.

Great food for pretty reasonable prices. Also they are open 24/7 which is a welcome addition to Rogers Parks nearly non existent late night food options.
