Im only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the first few times I came the Asian woman was rude and refused to make fresh food for a line of customers. We all had to pick over the old dried up scraps of food. I understand its a predominantly black area but damn can we get some type of actual customer service. Very disrespectful. Our money is green too. I had to walk out. But today 4/28/17 Panda Express redeemed themselves. I had a craving and I decided to give them one more chance wow has ot done a complete 360. Rafaki, Courtney, and Kavon were very friendly and have excellent customer service skills. I didnt catch the young black man making the food but he was very professional too. The Asian woman was no where in sight and I hope she stays gone lol. The crew to tonight saved a one star review and made it a 4 star. Thank you guys for your professionalism and customer service. It goes a longggggg way with me. I will be back soon.

I love Panda Express but I dont love this location. My orange chicken is always cold and hard as a rock. The customer service is not the best. Have emailed corporate and all I have received is coupons for two entrees. How about we fix the problem?
