The food here was excellent. They told me to write three lines of a review, so Im going to give you three lines. I had the bruschetta, and I can definitely say that it was excellent. The pizza was also excellent. I would like to congratulate Pizanos on having both excellent pizza and excellent bruschette. I mean really- you do bruschette and pizza well. And dont even get me started on the beer. Me, pizza, and beer- that equals best friends. Thank you for agreeing to this partnership.

Pizza sucks so I decided to give the chicken sandwich a shot. Ordered a chicken sandwich and chose the Cajun option. All I got was a piece of chicken in between what they call two buns and lettuce tomato on the side with a pickle. Chicken was dry and it looks like it was just thrown together. No effort in trying to make a good sandwich. Overpriced I might say for just a piece of chicken on two hamburger buns. Im sorry I tried numerous times this place just sucks.

Very poor service. My wife and I arrived and there were several open tables. We were told there would be a bit of a wait. We decided to wait. Within the first 10 minutes 3 other couples walked and got seated immediately. Not even so much as hey how are guys while waiting at the bar watching people who came in after us get seated. Completely unacceptable. We left and walked a block to via carducci and got seated right away.

This is the most unprofessional restaurant I have EVER dealt with. We have been ordering from here for years, and I will NEVER EVER EVER from here again. Our order took nearly 3 hours to get here, it was cold and disgusting. The wings broke open and sauce spilled. The order could have come straight out of the trash. They are severely overpriced, order from Lous.... this place is absolutely horrible.

Was excited to visit Pizanos after hearing it was one of the original Chicago joints for deep dish pizza. Shocked that I havent been to any of their locations but this is definitely a good one with a nice outdoor dining area and $3 mimosa/bloody mary deal on Sunday. Love all the Chicago sports memorabilia on the walls. Good pan pie with a crispy crust. Def a joint Id revisit and/or order out.

The manager Nora is rude disrespectful the owner makes bus boys do all the heavy lifting for 5 dollars an hour claiming we makes hundreds of tips while we only make 20 dollars the waiters make 80 60 dollars a night and get payed 8 dollars and most of the time they are standing while ones again the bus boys do all the heavy lifting

great for the pizza and much less of a wait than downtown. Service is on, but the vibe, not the downtown vibe. If you want great pizza with out the wait the thin crust is awesome here. If you have guests in town and you want them to experience the real vibe, then Madison St is your place!

Not my favorite Pizza place in the city, but still pretty good. They do deep dish pretty well and the bruschetta is tasty. They have a good outdoor seating space and can accommodate large groups. They have a decent beer list and options for people who dont want beer.

Amazing food. Homemade dishes and unique desserts. Didnt give 5 stars, just because Ive had slightly better authentic Italian food, but this place is extremely worth it because of the amazing waitresses, patio, quality of food, and overall atmosphere.

We LOVE Pizanos!! Every birthday, or celebration you will find us there. The thin crust is the best in Chicago and for the heartier eating nights the deep dish can not be beat. We are so excited that they opened one near our home!!
