Es la mejor pizza en chicago! porque la prepara un hombre maravilloso, el mejor pizzero que tiene Naples de la 46. es un hombre honesto, trabajador, y dedicado si el esta travajando ai pueden estar seguros que su pizza sera la mejor y estara lista en el menor tiempo posible para el. Avese el ni come para hacerles sus pizzas, y siempre les ba a atender con una sonrriza y amabilidad. Gracias a Dios y a doña Mary la dueña de ese Negocio que ahora le da empleo al mejor travajador que conosco. Y gracias a los que lo saben reconocer y aveses le dejan propina. A mi amado esposo!

I have ordered from this naples before and I havent had a problem until now. I called and placed my order, never received a phone call an hour later. I called back.... Only to find out that they will not deliver to my house, (yet they have multiple times, even in the last month). The guy was rude and in the background telling the woman, he said that if they even were to deliver it would be another hour. I am completely and utterly applaud. Especially since my kids waited an hour later to eat. This is extremely poor service, if you dont speak Spanish you better pray you get the younger girl that speaks English. I will honestly never even eat there again. Thank you naples so much for your extremely poor costumer service.... my family orders almost every weekend from you and now it will never happen again.

I went to Naples for the first time today. When I walked in a guy whom i later found out name was Mike starred at me with a look of inconvenience for about 10 seconds before asking me, "what can I get you". Mike was flat out rude and unprofessional during the entire transaction used horrible body language and unpleasant gestures. The pizza was good, but because of the service I would not recommend anyone go here.

So I was introduced to this pizza joint about 2 years ago and I keep coming back since then. The pizza is delicious and the cooks are very generous when adding topins to the pizza. Their sandwhiches are very good as well. They also make gourmet pasta dishes, last night my boyfriend and I went, we were the last customers and they had some pasta left they so they gave us a whole bowl to sample it.

THE BEST PIZZA IN CHICAGO!!!!! I been ordering from Naples Since I has Lil kid... I never had any problem with them. The PIZZA is always FRESH N DELICIOUS. The burgers are also Great. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich tastes Awesome. .. I tried other pizza joints in chicago. N this is by far the best pizza I tasted ..... Ill always be a loyal customer n eat from Naples....

Pizza was edible. Ordered a half pepperoni and sausage pizza. Too much cheese and sauce and not enough toppings. 22$ for the jumbo and comes with 1 topping and had to pay extra for another, other places dont charge extra. Not enough sausage and pepperoni,tasted like I bought a cheese pizza! Also, pizza felt undercooked.

Well for me my business with Naples was a bit rockey at first.They would come one time then you call another day they would say no dont deliver in that area I was left confused.Then one day I call and they came out it just have to be before dark depending on your neighborhood.,Deliver man just left my house.
