I would just like to start off saying I enjoy genos pizza. But whoever is working the phone lines tonight is a little more than rude. Ok so I ordered a small sausage to be delivered to my home tonight and everything was going as planned until a small family emergency transpired that required me to leave my home, instead of just letting them show up I felt the responsible thing to do was to call and inform them(I did this as I was driving to the hospital). Now upon explanation they asked whatd I order and whether it was delivery or pickup as expected once I told him it was delivery he said right and hung up in my face. Heres my issue I understand if your having an off night we all do but that does not justify being rude to someone who is just trying to do the right thing. Im literally writing this as Im picking up a family member from the hospital.

We used to go here all the time in the late 90s, I used to love it. But now, the sauce is mediocore, tastes like Ragu from the bottlel, yuck. And the bald headed guy taking orders has a huge ATTITUDE, as if hes doing the customer a favor. The service sucks, the sauce sucks, and the place looks like it needs a thorough CLEANING. The door and walls arw FILTHY. Used to be good pizza, now I just pass it up and head to Happys pizza, they treat u well, and the pizza is actually good. Geneos needs tol step it back up, as theyve lost us as a customer, just by the rude dude that picks up the phone. FAIL.

Ive been going to this place as far as i can remember. :) I even remember learning how to make my own pizza here with Mike and Mr. Paul and freddie. does paul still own the place.? This place is by far amazing and will fix your needs if you need pizza everyone here is nice and polite & your pizza will be made the way you like it with no problems havent been here in bout a year but im sure its still the same will be going here very very soon i miss this place Sammie Z.

Ordered 3 times from this place. The pizza was truly delicious. However, the 3rd time I ordered a pizza... After taking pizza slices from the box, I discovered a large patch of long dirty-blonde hair. Needless to say, I wont be buying food from this disgusting place anymore. I will be reporting them to the HEALTH DEPARTMENT very soon. "Geneos Pizza" needs to be shut down. They must think its ok to sell unsanitary/contaminated food in our community. No, it isnt.

TERRIBLE . Would give 0 stars if possible . I agree with one of the recent reviewers the bald guy is really cranky and disrespectful . Had a really bad attitude and bad service on and off the phone . Kept getting told to "Hold" when calling and never got a response , even after calling several times several hours later . Same Thing ! Drove all the way there and service/attitude was even worse in person . Do not go here . Worst service ever !

If you like old school thin crust pizza this the place for you. The pizza is excellent, but Ive noticed a tremendous size in the small and medium the medium looks like a small and the small well one person can eat it by yourself...and the guy that makes the pizzas and and answers the phone does lack Customer service...the pizzas are so good though I tend to just over look his rudeness.

My sis and I went there while waiting to get our hair done. Ask the guy a few questions about the menu and he responded extremely rude manner. Pointed at the menu as if asking questions was inappropriate. We walked out and never plan to return! Customer Service is very important if you want me to spend my money.

The man answered the phone with an attitude and when I went to give my number, I gave the first three and he said they dont deliver anymore and hung up. Then told my friend they wont because her card didnt have the same address as where we were. Theyre rude for no reason.

The pizza was excellent 5 stars! But the customer service was less than subpar. Whomever answers the phone is very unpleasant. "It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, youll do things differently."

These people are absolute jerks. I called there for a delivery, and they asked for a second location. I told them that we would be at the location I gave them for sure. He told me "then we dont deliver", and hung up the phone. Thats cool. ._.

Ordered Delivery to my hotel. The pizza is delicious. You can tell the ingredients are of a higher quality than chains and the dough is made in house. Its real pizza, not the chain load of bread with 1/16th inch of sauce and toppings

They are the most rudest people....when my mom and sister tried to talk they cut them off and hung up...they said they cant deliver to "773"or. "812" numbers but we dont live to far but outside its cold and dark.....

Very rude peraon who takes orders, asked what was the price of a small pizza with 2 ingredients and he said the menu is in front of yoir face. Its posted in front of a bulletproof glass. Will NOT be coming back.

Rude customer service i asked for my pizza to be made a certain way and the server told me NOO very rudely.. Also on the menu it says ask about their specials and when i did the server said NO NEVER very rude

Was looking for some Chicago style pizza on our short stop tonight, and Geneos was close and open. We are so glad we choose them, just what we needed after a LONG drive!! Geneos Special is fantastic!!!

Called in for pickup and told 25mins it will be ready. Both pizzas ready in time that was given. Pizzas was great and very tasty. I will be ordering again for them. Thank you for the excellent pizzas.
