If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would! We had TRASH IN OUR FOOD. There were several bits of what looked like a soggy paper label or wrapper in our fettuccine alfredo!! Some fairly large pieces and some tiny bits that had crumbled apart into the sauce. We ordered $70 of food and had to throw all of it in the trash. I called the restaurant to let them know and spoke with a manager named Sam....they were nothing but rude to me. No apology at all. He was very defensive right from the very beginning, and just implied I was making this up, and told me he would talk to the owner Chris when she got in at 2pm and they would call me back. I never even asked for a refund....all I wanted at that point was an apology and to know they would make an effort to never let that happen again. By 7pm I still hadnt heard anything, so I called again only to be told no one was available to talk to me. I called back 2 more times after that until on my last call they just hung up on me (and all I did was ask for a manager or the owner, I didnt say anything else). Truly unbelievable treatment. I cant imagine running a business this way. They were also HORRIBLE to the woman at GrubHub Yvette, who called them this morning on my behalf since they refused to talk to me. He basically told her he had other calls waiting and had no time for this and was totally rude to her as well. She was amazing though, and thanks to her for trying to help me out with it! I will certainly never be eating at this place again...and on a side note...the food was AWFUL even if it didnt have trash in it. Imagine bowling alley food if they tried to make Italian. Seriously. Gross. Nothing seemed freshly made, I would bet most of it came out of a can or bottle, it was all poorly seasoned (unless you count trash as a seasoning), and everything was mushy and over cooked. If you want garbage in your food and to be treated terribly, I am sure you could find somewhere that would do that for much less money.

We had a ceremony/reception at La Villa that was fantastic! Their space was cozy enough to hold our party of 100. The food was great and served family style and like a buffet, people could have as much as they wanted. The rehearsal dinner was amazing, they gave us a small room in the back and decorated it with my wedding colors. I almost cried because I had not planned on it and it exceeded my expectations. They even tossed in free appetizers, which were phenomenal. The only two issues I had with La Villa was the day of set up and being able to get a hold of someone when I needed to. La Villa raised the bar in phone tag for me. I felt like anytime I called, they were busy or had to call me back. One time they returned my call at 11 pm, the next day I called when they opened, then again at 2 pm and still didnt get ahold of someone until 4 pm. As for set up, we were only allowed one hour to decorate. Hair and make went a lot faster than we thought and my wedding party arrived two hours early to find that nothing had been set up or done. It made our mothers panic, worry and create some hell. I would advise that if your wedding has a unique flare to it, you might want to find another venue that will allow you the proper time to make sure it gets set up properly. We got extremely lucky that 16 people were able to bust their ass in the small window we were given to get the job done. After set up I will say the staff that handled our room was very professional and helpful. I trusted them with knowing their space. Once the party started it never stopped and it was a spectacular night all around. We couldnt have done it without La Villas manager, Christine, and the guys who set things up day-of.

I have been looking for a venue for my wedding next summer. The lady over the phone who told me that I would be able to book a party of 100 on a Saturday, then I went in and spoke to another woman who told me that they only booked 150 or more on Saturdays. Anyway, the place is a joke. She was nice enough to show me the banquet room, she said the room was for 50 people, but they could squeeze in 100. It was really stuffy in that room, I couldo only imagine what it would be like with 100 people. There was a wall that would divide the parties, I asked if the DJ/music would be heard from both parties and she said, yes but normally when its your quiet time you will hear their music vice versa. She also said I would not be able to do taste testing until I sign the contract, LOL. Pretty much if you dont like the food, you are screwed. If we would have chosen the boneless chicken it would have been 2.00 more per plate. LOL. I wanted to run out of there, the lady kept on turning around and talking to the people dining in, as she was meeting with us, she was so unprofessional. My hubby and I ran out of there. Then we went to Allegra Banquets, and we fell in love. Its about 10.00 less person, banquet is huge, more party time, more open bar time, and the manager was very professional. I just booked my wedding for next summer and just did a taste testing, food is awesome. I will post again after wedding, hopefully everything goes well. I hope this helps any brides to be.

Saw a picture of their pizza and couldnt resist ordering it. The supreme pizza and walleye pike sounded delicious so I went with those. Prices were a bit outrageous for what they offered. The pike was over $15 and it was just for one fish (half a fish really), a couple spoonfuls of coleslaw, small piece of french bread and a baked potato. Medium pizza was over 15 as well when I could get a large or X-Large for less than that at a lot of places. I guess the assumption is youd be getting free bread and such when youre eating inside the restaurant to make up for the price, but I had it delivered. Delivery was pretty fast, they came about 30 minutes earlier than when they announced they would come. I opened the fish to see that it was nowhere near as seasoned as it was in its picture and whatever butter that was supposed to come with it was melted and all over the pan. For what it was it tasted like fish, nothing special. Baked potato and other appetizers were average. The pizza looked delicious, but tasted bland as hell. Tomato sauce was really soupy and they put a lot of onions on the pizza (in thick cuts too...) which made it totally unbalanced. Their medium pizza is also a small at other places as well, but they charge more. Overall not worth the money. I wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. If theyre going to pretend to be "Gourmet" and charge "Gourmet" prices, they need to make good food.

I usually dont write reviews but when you have a restaurant treat there customer like idiots I felt it necessary to share. I ordered there pizza special late one night. When I got the pizzas they were under cooked and the one that was sausage was a joke with hardly any sausage. So as soon as saw this I tried calling them, but they were closed. I then called the next day and spoke to a male manager who was abrupt and rude to me, saying why did you call immediately in which my reply I tried. Well he continued to be argumentative about it. So I then decided to speak with the owner who was a little more pleasant and helpful. SO when I decided to use the credit that she had offered I once again had to deal with the manager as the girl taking the order said let me get the manager for this. So needless to say he started playing games to what the owner had promised me. Enough was enough I told them to keep the pizza and would gladly order else where and let others know, his reply was are you threatening me and then yelled are you threatening me. To have a manager treat their customers that way is not acceptable in any business. Sad thing I thought the owner cared, Well thanks for making me waste my money on a completely inferior product.
