Restaurant:Red Lobster Title:Amazing Experience~Too Many Review:8 Red Lobster is an Amazing restaurant with Delicious food that is really delicious I love the Shrimp there and the Potato and fries,Dont get me started on the biscuits.Those are delicious.but my only complaint is that there are way too many people.When I go there I need to wait for like an hour til someone leaves and once I get a table.The waiters take like 30 minutes for them to come to my table.Once they come i order my food,I got my Shrimps,Fries,Pasta,and Biscuits,I start to go to Heaven because the food is soo good.I Started looking around it was so so nice inside I felt good eating there because there was no mess at all. I didn’t want to leave.Once I was done,I got the bill and it was $60,I gave them the bill and tipped and I just left.I felt full and I felt good.Red Lobster food is Amazing.I would indeed recommend it and I will be returning to that restaurant.

Okay this is just some knowledge for those who dont understand how the service industry works at Red Lobster. The people who take your order are called servers. Those servers can only take three tables at a time, with that comes sections they have [specific sections] so they can get to their customers quickly and so they can provide you with great service. If you in and the host tells you its a 20-40 minute wait is because [all of the servers are taken] The host has to wait until the server can either take a table or is caught up with [all of his/her tables] for that server to get new one. They cant just sit you were ever you want. Now you know that the sever has sections and can only take 3 tables at a time. For anyone whos terribly confused and had a bad experience with that.

First let me start off by saying I will NEVER eat at this Red Lobster again. On yesterday I went to enjoy the endless shrimp but instead I got endless a shrimp plus HAIR in my salad yes I said HAIR. I had eaten 3 forks of the Caesar salad and the only way I found this hair is because I have a habit of picking through my food. My waitress informed the manager and not one time did the manager come over to rectify the situation or apologize I received no discount or anything and one of the workers stated that they dont enforce them to wear hair nets even though customers are ALWAYS complaining about having hair being in their food. (Employees words) I will be contacting their Corporate office as this is not acceptable I also have pics and wish I could attach it to this review

So while Im sitting here enjoying my food, I began to itch around my neck! So, when the little itch didnt go away, I began to think like "I know km not developing an allergy to shrimp"! I asked my son did he see anything right there. He said yes, looks like a mosquito bite. Low a behold, I look down and its a freaking bed bug on my right thigh! I notify the staff immediately. They were very nonchalant about the situation. They offered to move us but didnt offer any compensation. The manager even had the nerve to tell another customer that I was lying! I tried showing him the fresh bites and he gave me a look of disgust!!!!! But Im the on who got attacked in his establishment!

OMG! My husband and I came here on our date night and from the min we walked in they were rude rude rude!!! First they said there was a 30 min wait so we go to the bar and we see 4 empty booths.. we were confused as to why there was a wait. Anyways we are sitting at the bar and there was garbage in the spot we sat down. There was no one tending the bar and when the bartender came she looked pissed at the world and said "what do you want? I gave her my order. But my husband hadnt decided, so it took him less than thirty seconds and she had walked away and when we called her she it ored us for like ten minutes! We ended up walking out! Horrible service !!!

Very disappointing. I order the four courses for $16.99 but only got three. In the four courses it includes a soup of your choice, a salad, an entree and a dessert. I didnt receive the first course which was the soup. I asked the server about the soup and she said that it wasnt ready that if I would like to take it to go and I said sure and then she came back with her hands empty handed. I didnt want to kept nagging about the soup since it was just a small cup of soup but still very disappointing with this Red Lobster.

When I went there, my daughter asked for the chicken tenders and they have them to her and when she bit inside of it, there was a really long hair coming out of the piece of chicken!! My daughter was discussed! And after we told the waiter, he said that it was probably her hair!! That their kitchen staff is very clean! But my daughter hat light brown hair and the piece of hair inside the the chicken was black!! How can he have said that! DONT GO THERE! ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!

This is the worst f***ing Red Lobster I have ever been to in my life!! The service is slow as ever, long wait times to eat, and if you ask for something simple like another drink or some extra sauce prepare to to wait for like 30minutes per item. Management is ridiculous just walk around looking cool like hes not in charge of a restaurant or anything not even checking on his guest. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IF YOU WANT RED LOBSTER GET IT FROM ANYWHERE BUT THIS ONE IN CHICAGO!!!

The service was GREAT! The servers would lighten the mood. Help you if you had trouble ordering, recommend great food. The food would taste amazing, worth the wait even if the place would be crowded. They make sure you had a good time while there.If its your birthday, that a place i recommend to go. the desserts are amazing. My favorite was the warm chocolate chip cookie that would recently come out of the oven with a big scoop of ice cream on top. Heaven in your mouth(:

This place has really bad service!!! Estimated 1 hour wait time but actually took an hour and a half, thats fine. We get seated and we have to wait another 30 min just to speak to a waiter even though we got up to ask for one after 15 min of just waiting there. Enough was enough we just got up and left, on the way out a busboy heard us talking about leaving and tried to get us to stay but after 2 hours we were just too hungry and mad. Dont go here beware!!!!!!

Google doesnt let me give them anything lower than one star but i would give them -1 if possible. Sat me and my friends down after a ridiculous amount of wait time. Air condition was extremely high and the place was freezing. We waited for an hour to talk to a waiter and order a drink. Took another 45 minutes to get out food. We were there for 4 hours total!! Those are four hours of my life ill never get back..and for that i hate you..
