Placed my order to go. Got home and found the order was all wrong. I called to correct the problem and was hung up on by the "manager". I took the sandwiches back and told the "manager" the problem. He was rude and disrespectful. I told him to just give me back my money. He said I need to bring in my receipt. I was already aggravated and he actually threw fuel on the fire. I couldnt believe a place I enjoyed for a few years would treat me like this. Thank god there is another Mr. Submarine on Olden just West of First Avenue. They know how to treat their customers.

The staff at this location absolutely do not care about their customers.... I ordered a sub with no onions and had to go back a second time because they barely had any lettuce on the sandwich. When I asked for a refund they told me that all they could do was replace my sandwich because the manager on shift when my order was placed had left for the day already for the day. SMH... I will never go back to Mr submarine again.

I usually have great experiences with this place BUT TODAY it wasnt. I found A HAIR in my food! My delicious garlic fries had a nasty slightly curled hair in them, towards the end of the bag (so of course I wonder were there other hairs that I missed

Love this place. Great sandwiches with friendly staff. The sandwiches are always fresh and they have an excellent selection to choose from. There meet is ten times better than any other sub shop around, and the bread is superb.

Love these sandwiches. I think its a combo of the fresh bread and the sauce they use. So yummy. Also give the garlic fries a try. So good. I normally ask for easy seasoning, it can be overwhelming sometimes.

I didnt know what I was getting into, I bought 2 subs, and garlic frys, I put most of a sub away and the fries was just too much. Couldnt finish them all. Just 19$ for a damn fine meal. Fast and nice service.

I do my laundry next door at Family Suds Laundromat and I use this time to pop in to Mr. Sub. I always order the large Mr. Sub and I am never disappointed. Great, clean location and great sandwiches.

Lub dem subs yo. Killing it with the ham game changer with the corn beef. I would never cheat on my Mrsubs. Lovin dem subs since 2000. Motzy sticks are stellar AF and the shrimp basket is fire too
