The worker was impatient, hard to understand, and spent half the time chatting on the phone; the temperature was freezing; all three (or was it four?) tables were dirty; and my stomach is still rumbling. Im no snob, but I expect a business and its employees to put forth a little more effort. On the plus side my friend paid for the meal and I enjoyed the green tea and southwestern ranch chips. With plenty of other eateries in the area I suggest moving this one to the bottom of your list. (Are you sure there are no leftovers in the fridge?)

Compared to the S*** hole on 722 E 31st street La Grange, IL there were 3 employees serving and cashier. They wore plastic gloves and were very fast and attentive. It is amazing the diversity of quality and service with this chain.

Fast, perfectly created sandwiches: meat and cheese layed out neatly on bread and very generous toppings added by gentleman who has been doing it for "17 years". 5 sandwiches in less than 10 minutes. Impressive.
