While waiting in line to order for the first time at a Potbelly,another employee came over and seemed to be familiar with the customers behind me, didnt seem like a friendship, just that they were regulars. So the employee walks up and starts taking the order of the people behind me meanwhile i was next to order. The rest of my party is finishing making their sandwiches and ready to pay i now have to wait until this other guy starts these other 2 sandwiches before there was room to help me. Needless to say i was angry and have never been passed up by a business before. I did not purchase anything fron them that day nor will my family go to a Potbelly again. They kept their old (literally) customer but lost a potential one.

to Jonathon Tolzien please get at life and delete that picture you have of me is ilegal to post someones picture without there concent. if you came right after lunch not are problem. Will work hard to keep all costumers happy. Gloves or glove? did i make your sandwich? no, did i dress your sandwich? No because if i was i always change gloves in front of costumers. You are just a races person. You dont like the place dont come anymore. Put as many hatefull comments. Thats what people with no life do. Go to different places take pictures and complaint. wow anyway im asking you to place remove my pictures from your side or im going to take legal actions. Thank you

I came in and was the only person in line at 1:30 PM. Three people were talking behind the counter and they couldnt stop their conversation to begin making my sandwich. It was about 30 seconds before someone decided they could help me. After getting the sandwich I noticed a gal playing on her phone with sterile gloves on. That kind of defeats the purpose of the sterile food serving gloves. After paying they have around 15 tables, 10 of them were dirty.

New Store Manager Andrew is GREAT...Great customer service as you can see Andrew is leading by example....He goes around asking the customers how their food is and the service is outstanding....Super clean store! Go and enjoy!!

Fun atmosphere with a great sandwich and awesome desserts! Speaking to the new manager, Andrew, was a plus. Andrew brings an excitement to the team! Employees are very helpful and make a great sandwich as well!!!
