Ordered an egg salad sandwich at lunch time and got tuna fish instead. Im allergic so could not eat it. Went back after work and the employee, Bedar told me I should have saved the tuna fish sandwich for 5-1/2 hours and returned it as there was nothing he could do. I threw out the sandwich and the receipt. So, it was over $10.00 for pop, chips and a sandwich and they refused to give me a new one. I made a special trip over there. I called their corporate headquarters as Bedars attitude was extremely condescending and he told me a lot of people try to get free sandwiches (almost accusing me of being a criminal) and they told me because it was a franchise there was nothing they could do except contact the owner. The owner has not bothered to contact me. So, if they get your order wrong - beware - they will not try to fix it. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB mainly because of Bedars attitude.

Okay so I tried this place today for the first time. It was hot out, and I was in a rush, and tired from the heat. I had met up with some friends that I hadnt seen in a while. I, heaven forbid, forgot to mark one of the boxes because I didnt see it. This was around lunch time. The cashier threw a mini tantrum, saying "itd be easier for me if people checked the boxes" because I forgot to check if I wanted my sandwich toasted or un-toasted. I was like, "really you crazy, I didnt see it and Ive never been here before, calm down". I think someone else in his position should be hired in replacement of his ugly self. I know, I am sure he doesnt enjoy making sandwiches for a living, and taking peoples orders, but that is not my problem. It isnt a hard job, calm it down. Needless to say, I will never go back to that place. Maybe if they hire a friendlier staff, then sure.

We ordered from here tonight around 8pm via UberEATS. A woman from the restaurant called shortly after to say they didnt have the Cuban sandwich. No problem at all - I picked something else. Fast forward to just a few minutes ago, 50 minutes after the woman from which wich called, we got notification from UberEATS that Which wich cancelled our entire order. ???? Thanks a lot folks. Way to not care at all about the job you do.

I have been to Which Wich many times at lunch. The wait is so long because it is so popular and about 75 people show up at once. Everyone that works there is amazing and really nice to the customers and the grinders by far are the best I have ever had. Not a bad price either! The manger there is great to his customers and remember me when I return. I wish they would open one in Lincoln Park!!

Dont waste your time. Used to be great back when they first opened. Now its just slow, expensive and off poor quality. I can count on one hand how many times they got my order right in the last 6 months. I also cant recall the last time my sandwich was actually toasted as opposed to sort of lukewarm. Sorry whichwich. I gave you a fair chance and you disappointed me again and again and again.

My girl friend and I were looking for a place to grab a quick bite and came across this place. They have an awesome interactive way of ordering, and way more sandwhichs than Subway or Quiznos. And it tastes SOOOOOO much better. At $5.45 for a 7" its cheaper too, and fairly healthy. If you want a good and affordable sandwhiches, do yourself a favor and check this place out!

20 MINUTE WAIT !! ....I cant figue out what the hell is up with the wait time. Also, check your sub before you leave, ..they have so many choices, they screw orders up a lot ...mine the past two times, and I only realized it back at the office which sucked. To be fair, the food is good, but the service is DEPLORABLE.

You grab a brown bag with all your sandwich options printed on the bag and take the provided marker to check off all the options that you want on your sandwich. You then give the bag to the cashier and pay. Lots of customizing options. Youll only have yourself to blame if you make a sandwich you dont like.

One of the best veg sandwich(black bean patty) I ever had till now. Nice way of selecting the desired fills in our sandwich. If they try to keep the restaurant clean, I would give 5 stars. Nice staff who helps if we are not sure about something. Overall, a good restaurant for someone who loves sandwiches.

Coming to Which Wich has always been a great experience, especially considering the amazing variety of food that they offer, as well as a fun and comfortable environment. Their wall of paper bag drawings is also a delight, and I personally have at least 2 up there.

My impression from this place is that it is a fancier (and pricier) version of Subway. Except that you dont get to see the ingredients and how they make your sandwich. However, their bread is significantly better!!! They also have a much larger selection it seems.

Food is good. Options are great. Wait isnt bad and food is always ready when I order for pickup online. They keep portions somewhat limited for the price which is the only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars.

My favorite sandwich shop. They have almost every sandwich ingredient you can think of and many you cant. Reasonable prices, fresh ingredients, good bread, short wait, delicious food. What more can you ask for?

There are so many delicious toppings to put on sandwiches that you can really make it your own! Try putting the homemade slaw on something for an extra crunch!!
