The food is OK I had it once before and I liked it a lot but I went this time and noticed I had uncooked bacon on my sandwich!! Which is disgusting! I went to the store at 8:30 and the closed off certain areas of the restaurants only Two tables were open and the rest was closed out not to mention to table very close to each other. Also when we asked can we sit somewhere else they said no we closed it off and something with the manager! If you have to rush to clean and not worry about the comfort of the customers to your company then why stay open! When take someones time and money when your trying to push them out! I dont like that at all!

Decoration-wise, Potbelly feels like the kind of place that wants to be old timey, but also new age at the same time. The sandwich selection is adequate and they toast it after they make it which is nice, but can sometimes leave the bread a little too dry and crunchy. They serve salad, chili, soup, and milkshakes as well. The staff is friendly, if not a bit indifferent at times. A slightly above midrange sandwich at a decent price.

I have been going there since it has been open. Really great sandwiches every single time. I love their idea of running every sandwich through their big toaster oven. There sweet reats are to die for! Especially the sugar cookies and dream bars! My classic order is a big wreck, on wheat, with all the trimmings minus the hot peppers. If you havent been, it beats Subway any day of the week.

I work for a company near the Potbelly location in the old orchard mall. all of us co-workers (about 8 of us) ordered online. when getting in contact with the store to see if they can modify our order they informed us it had gone out already but it was no problem having the driver swing by and picking the additional order up. That was very nice of them! great customer service!

Great place with great food and a great staff. I frequent this spot because the quick service and friendly staff thatknows my order when I walk in the door. These guys know what they are doing! Dont let the long line discourage you from eating here because you will fly right through it quicker than you think! Get the Big Italian or The Big Wreck, both great options!!

Great atmosphere and pretty good sandwiches. I am not really a fan that they now have more options in bread sizes - just stick to the original! No need to supersize all of our food! (I understand their business sense in doing it but come on...). They also have pretty amazing shakes that are pretty darn good! Great employees and a fun fast food place to stop in.

Toilets very dirty The whole place needs to be cleaned up above2bottom 2 months later Ive been back they did good job on cleaning up the white speaker are clean toilet is clean the I am adding two from 1 to 3 I hope they keep it clean if they do i will remove the review or update to a great place because they do have a great food I love them sandwiches

Best sandwiches on the planet, but you gotta get the hot peppers, regardless of whether you like "peppers". They are just crunchy vegetables that have been peppered. They add all the flavor and are Potbellys signature. Without them, its just another sandwich.

Astronomically better than Jimmy Johns or Subway. Used to go here all the time until we got sick of it. Always quick, friendly service. Never got our order wrong, even though wed order multiple sandwiches at a time.

Every time I stop at a potbelly, and specially at the old orchard location I always get my food greatly done and fast. Best time is seating down and listen when live music is being played.
