Good sandwiches, excellent shakes. Not a big fan of the fact theyve scaled down their potato chip selection, but that is being picky. This location has ample seating at the front, on the patio or in the back. I have found, however, that service is highly variable.

Great food! Great service. Why four stars? When I went in for lunch it was great! When I worked on Ashland and ordered delivery the order was wrong and this was not the first time. Still great food though and the staff is still good.

This was the first Potbellys Ive ever been too, and it was a great city experience. Now,. Potbellys is my favorite of all sandwich chains. Love the toasted sandwiches especially the tuna and the grilled chicken with cheddar.

They staff knows what they are doing at this Potbellys location. Even when the line is long, it moves quickly and the order is hot (if you order something hot). Make sure to save room for the delicious shakes.

Toasty sandwich goodness! And the staff at Potbellys are always at least courteous if not pleasant and positive. The cookies are also probably the best fast-food cookie ever.
