Im sure the food is great in any IHOP. The service here, mediocre. Not many people when we arrived. This location is not suited for big crowds. We were a party of 7 plus 1 child. They do not have seating for big groups. We were sat in the back which was uncomfortable. There was a booth with a party of 4 literally left to us and a party of 6 right behind us. We had to move the 2 tables just to make room. We were right in the pathway that the waiters use. Also, next to a kiosk that the waiters were using. So you can imagine how how much foot traffic there was. Furthermore, there seemed to be some sort of bickering amongst them. Waiters squeezing in and out just to get by. Very unprofessional. I asked if we can sit in the other side of the restaurant, use 2 booths. They replied that the other side was closed. Meaning it is meant for employees only. We were by the kitchen entrance. All you heard was arguing when the waiters were in there. Smh... never again coming here.

My family and I ordered 4 meals for takeout from this location across from the Kmart on 79th street. When we got home we noticed that 2 orderers of pancakes were missing, 4 sides, and what we received was upside down and a complete mess. I called immediately and asked to bring the entire order back for a full refund. The manager convinced me to accept complimentary orders for two of our meals. I was already busy for the morning and just over the terrible situation. Fast forward to two weeks later I call and go to pick up our free order....The manager on duty says he doesnt remember the conversation. Im calling my credit card about this order and contacting corporate about the situation. The service here is appalling and I advise anyone who dares to order take out from this location to inspect their order before leaving the location. They are not honest with their customers. A complete waist of time and money. Never again.

Im sitting here now as I write this review and havent even received service yet, but I already have a bad taste in my mouth. As soon as we walked in, behind the counter is one of the waiters named Eddie I think he was the only one in a white shirt. He was complaining about to someone who looked like a manager I didnt hear what was said exactly but he was fairly aggressive in his tone. After we were sat I could hear him again complaining about his section or something and saying that he would walk out of here just watch. It was unprofessional and childish. The food was good and our server was awesome. Charlene was her name I think, but that childish outburst and poor attitude in the middle of the floor ruined the meal, if I wanted to hear that kind of crap I would of had my extended family over for dinner.

3rd time at this location and definitely the last. There were maybe 10 other tables to be waited on and it still took 10 or more minutes for our server to arrive. She didnt ask whether we wanted coffee or anything, just immediately insisted on taking our orders. I ordered the Simple and Fit 2X2X2 which comes with pancakes. She brought me toast. I asked where my pancakes were and she said, "I assumed you wanted toast because most people do." I took the toast because I was tired of waiting. My turkey bacon was under cooked and there were remnants of ham in my eggs. Our server was definitely having a bad day, but thats not my problem and I shouldnt have been made to feel uncomfortable by her. All on all, this place is terrible and Ill be going to the Orland Park location from now on.

I wish I could give this place a negative star. Filthy, disgusting, filthy, filthy, and filthy!!!!! Silverware wet and dirty, wrapped in wet napkin. Plate had encrusted food on it. Ask for extra napkins - waiter hands us another customers napkins that had food already stuck on them! Unbelievable. Filthy, filthy, filthy (I cant say it enough). Then, to top it off, we get to enjoy the news of the waitress sexual conquests and her new boyfriend while she (a motorcycle mama loudmouth) and another waitress in the booth behind us do their napkin folding. Talked to manager. He was very apologetic, but they have to be. Nothing offered off bill for the inconvenience of their filth and for having to deal with their filthy waitress loud conversation. Negative stars!!!!!

My daughter and I ordered food via UberEats. Half or our order did not arrive. We contacted the store, in addition to UberEats. A VERY unhelpful manager basically told my daughter the day crew left already, Im the night crew, I dont know anything about that. No customer service or appreciation. Apparently, there are no set procedures in this restaurant. The food that was delivered was all ice cold! The manager did call back, offering to send someone with the order. However, it had already been two hours since the order was placed, and now its rush hour. And given the unhelpful first contact and excuses, not something we are willing to put ourselves through it. Save yourselves the frustration, find somewhere they appreciate your business!

For starters, I waited 20 minutes for someone to come and serve me. When someone (Charlene)finally came they apologized and made me aware that they were not the waitress they will just be taking my order... that same person brought my food out which was delicious. After I received my food no one attempted to look my way until 30 minutes later when the same waitress (Charlene)brought the bill.she told me that someone name Nicole who I have yet to meet was my server..... I will never be attending this IHOP again this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Waitress got our orders wrong, its not like they were busy. It was only four customers in the restaurant, including us. how could you get the order wrong... I asked for suasage as my side and got bacon, then on the BLT asked for wheat bread and got white bread, fries for the BLT were over cooked and it was not expressed to us that they were seasoned fries. The BLT was mostly just L. And we could over hear conversations about someone owing money for cigarettes and someone using inappropriate language.

We waited over 20 minutes to receive service. Not one waitress came to take our drink order. 4 other tables were seated by us and they received service within 5 minutes. All the bus boys kept running back and forth while waitresses cleaned unused tabled instead of taking orders. Last time our order was messed up, this time no service. We left and told the manager and the only thing we heard was to explain which table we sat in and whos table that was to be. No apology.

Worst IHOP ever, my god how could this place still be open. My toast was still frozen, the waitress is ridiculous and my eggs where under cooked. Never come to this Ihop, go to crestwood location its by far the fastest and best serving quality one to date. I go there multiple times, and I have been to the Burbank location twice and its a disgrace and the kitchen is a disaster. I would give it 0/5 stars but I cant so here are my 2 cents.
