I used to go here a lot, but every time they make a mistake, they didnt care. One day I ordered one of their dinners that come with rice. It was near closing. When I got home, they forgot my rice.. to me that was 1/2 my dinner. No one answered when I called back that night. The next day I called & talked to the manager, who said "Come by & I will give you an order of rice." What? I said, what good is the rice to me now? He then offered me 10% off my next order. I then said "would you just please replace the dinner next time I come in?" NO! That was the answer.... 10% off or nothing. I even called the other stores looking for the owner.... So if they think they can goof up a meal & not replace it I will (AND HAVE) gone elsewhere... I will NEVER eat there again!!

My husband has better luck here than I do. He likes their Philly chicken sandwich and their ravioli. I think the the menu is too big to do everything well. Their Italian beef is fatty and their gyros dont even come close to Nicks at Harlem and Touhy. Also, the last time we were there we ordered milk shakes. There wasnt a sign up as to what flavors they served (there was at one time), so we had to ask. The woman behind the register seemed put out by this and even more put out when we ordered two. Then to add insult to injury, they were basically flavored milk!

Ive had several items at Brandys and I havent enjoyed anything here. Nothing special as far as taste and pretty pricey. The last time I was there I got a grilled cheese, thinking that would be hard to mess up but sure enough. First I noticed that I was charged for a grilled cheese with Ham but I got a grilled cheese with no ham. That alone tells me this place is not right, if you cant ring up an order properly it tells me you prob wont make it properly either. Never again.

Pretty expensive, but for the price you definitely get your $$$ worst + I never finish all my food anyway. The gyros are fantastic, the chicken salad is amazing, the Italian beef is to die for + they have great fries. One of my favorite spots to eat @ up north I usually stop here when Im up in Harlem or @ Peryam & Kroll

Brandy;s has a great selection of fast food, some of which are meal deals which come with fries and a soft drink.. Definitely try the gyros, which are served with plenty of tzatzike sauce. Also, ask to get the fries seasoned. Good for a quick food run on the extreme NW side of Chicago.

Food is Good! But the customer service is terrible! One girl upfront with glasses and hairy arms always has a major attitude no matter what day of the week it is or time.. Only the older lady that works up front is nice and the cooks. Everyone else is an a $$h0le!

A wide selection of items on the menu is an understatement. This is usually a place I hit if I had to work late. Prices a little high, but a good portion of food. I stick to the basics: gyros, hot dogs, and phillys. The fries are okay. Dine in area is clean.

Purchased a chicken parmigian sandwich and it was horrible, chicken dry and hard which is out of the norm here. OTHER items Ive eaten here were okay. The price definitely leave something to be desired for what youre getting.

I had a Gyros that was small and had very little meat on it and I payed 5.25$ for the Gryos which is a lot when you dont get hardly anything to eat for what you payed I will every go to the Place again I think they stink!!

A great selection of food- very clean, very friendly, prices are good, food is better than average. Portions are good too. I live in Gurnee and every time I come to this area, it is the only place my family wants to eat!

The quality of the food ALMOST makes up for the DIRTY TABLES and the FILTHY RESTROOM. Prices are high, but portions are large. (I read other reviews which said the place was clean. It was dirty when I visited.)

Amazing food here great customer service. All food prepared and cooked fresh. Bewarned a full slab of ribs is enough for 3 people. The heart attack burger is my favorite.
