I hate this place. The customer service was terrible and the food wasnt any better. I walked into panera and the cashier acted like she did not see me at ALL!!!!! When she finally decided to take my order, she wouldnt let me talk, nor did she get my order right! I had specifically asked for a steak arugula sandwich and a chicken noodle soup. When my order finally arrived the sandwich was BURNT and I was given broccoli cheddar soup. I AM ALLERGIC TO BROCCOLI!! When I asked to speak to a manger, the cashier walked away with attitude and sighed. The manager did not come to my table so I had to find him myself. The manger Gabriel was very rude. He didnt even offer a refund or the right soup. He literally said "take it or leave it".

This is one of the busiest Panera Bread locations I have ever seen and I was surprised to see such clean bathrooms. The staff was also super nice and the sandwiches seemed more full and tastier than all the other Panera Breads I have been at. Nice area also with 2 Starbucks within walking distance, a Whole Foods and Trader Joes and a whole bunch of other restaurants in between. Great upscale town and sidewalk environment.

The male manager, yelled at my friend and I after we simply asked for water to go with our meal. Once we were asked for water they said "Get your dirty a** out of my store" I replied with why? And I said I bought the food already. The manager verbaly assaulted my friends race and my height. If you want to get yelled at for no reason come to this restaurant and talk to the manager. -The Food Reviewer

Good food. High volume of customers cause a problem with table clean up. Expect to wipe tables clean and mens room normally in poor condition. They often run out of fresh coffee at the self serve area and customers need to tell them fill up required. Store has plenty of staffing but requires improved focus of these details.

Good food. Bad coffee. Service is spotty. They gave me a half cooked bagel sandwich I had to send back. Then, after bringing my tray back to their counter as a courtesy, an employee snapped at me to put it on top of the garbage cans, she actually yelled. Very rude. There are no signs telling you where to put an empty tray.

It was terrible I fell out of my chair and the manager ran over and threaten to kick me out instead of helping me up. 2 workers then made racist remakes at me and hurt my feelings. Now I can barely show up without feeling emotionally depressed. I might kill myself cuz of these people

I like this location always friendly and good with orders. I like that they are patient, I always get confused when I see their delicious menu items for choice. Everything is yummy. I absolutely was impressed with their Hot Cocoa and my favorite is their Fuji Apple Salad

Dont expect a quite study space. This place has middle schoolers running in and out of the restaurant at all hours of the day. Other than that though, great service. The staff is really accommodating to my picky tastes and its clean, all kids considered.

I liked their automated oredering process but I disliked their serving process. All the ordered food just sits at the pick up counter waiting to be served. By the time the food gets to your table, the food has gone cold.

Good place but the dressing for my salad is never filled to the top, not even half way to the top... this is the third time now! Im sick of it. Next time Im making sure to check them before I leave.. very disappointed

This is one of the worst Paneras I have ever been too. Not only was there a rude cashier named Sue. But I got my order to go, which took forever, open up my soup and its not even full. Its closer to halfway.
