I ordered breakfast - 2 bagels toasted cream cheese - 1 frozen Carmel coffee and a pre-made Cesar salad at 7:09 am. I waited to pick up my items at the counter when I observed customers after me with more lengthy orders retrieving theirs prior to my simple order. I questioned the manager on duty what was going on and he had the nerve to say its been 6 minutes. Obviously I could tell he was off his time as it was more like 10 according to the receipt time as I more than happily corrected his ability to read time. Let me say it was 13 minutes for a simple order to be completed even after I got my order the drink was not correct. I guess the thing that got me upset was the managers attitude and lack of customer service ability - and as we morning working people know minutes in the morning count when you are about to hit traffic. Nice place what it needs now is a good manager !!!!

Worst experience ever this location should be closed and go under thorough cleaning, rude manager with luck of customer service skills ,his outrages behavior not acceptable on any level, he used scream as a explanation /which he said is tolerated in his country / waiving hands before customer face, dirty, place, run on the level of third World countrys , manager totally not oblivious to the standard in U.S.I went to use washroom few times ,just appalling and disgusting, after seeing the restroom hesitating to eat in this establishment,Manager told me too go and came to the door behind me ,run away not knowing what he will do ?

About one out of five visits to this location the soup has been HORRIBLE which is not what a patron expects when paying $10+ dollars per person for soup and bread. This is usually the case when visiting later in the day, which leads me to believe instead of making a new batch of soup, this location waters down the afternoon batch and serves that cold, runny liquid as their signature soup. My suggestion is to fill out your comment cards and demand some consistency at this location, and if you hated your visit, try it earlier in the day or another location because Panera Bread is good food.

As much as I like Panera Bread, I am forced to give this location one star. They have consistently gotten orders wrong. I cant tell you how many times I have opened by lunch at work only to find the chicken or the dressing or something else missing. To add insult to injury, the associates are extremely rude at the drive-thru. There needs to be an improvement with this site. Its bad.

Great food and great customer service! I was missing a sandwich from my order and spoke to manager on duty, Daniella, who was WONDERFUL and extremely ACCOMODATING! I highly recommend this place! Its my second visit to this location, and both times I was cheated by staff. Both times i ordered 2 bowls and salad to go. First time - no sides. Second time: no sides, one bowl is only half filled with soup, and half of salad. Check your orders before you leave .

Fast service, friendly, and always clean. I walk in get greeted, served, and taken care of. The manager, julio, is awesome hes so sweet. Every time my family and I walk in he greets us, hes very friendly. He makes sure you leave happy and satisfied.

Check your food if its right highly recommended. Talk clear cause its worst than some Mexican places Ive been. For some reason they force you to say "extra" if you ask for another dressing. Weird stuff.

Not too bad! Now they have outdoor seating and DIY ordering stations (fancy touchscreen computers). Theres something for everyone here, the veggie only crowd, the protein conscious, sweets lovers.
