We ordered 2 Whoppers, one of them plain, 2 small fries crispy and 2 drinks. We had to wait forever to get them. The whoppers were put on a tray and the young man taking care of us was sent outside for quite a while and was doing something else while the Whoppers continued to cool. Finally I asked about completing the order and he said they had been waiting on the extra crispy fries. Finally the order was complete, but the receipt had no numbers on the bottom to enter the survey mentioned on the back. It was the store at 7133 Dempster St, order 236, 05/03/2015 at 7:39 PM. This is the first time we were treated like third class customers. Usually it has been much better and we always use BK since the new drink machines came in. My wife has a kidney problem which requires diet uncolored drinks because they are low potassium.

The employees at this Burger King are nice enough, but there are rarely enough of them there at one time to make a really good experience. The wait times can be frustrating, though it seems like its not as bad as it was six months ago. There is a little sign that says "food grade" or something like that, and Ive never seen it be above a "C", and last time I went in it was an "F". I hope that just means the quality of service... Its fairly clean, and looks much better now that theyve remodeled it. I wish they cooked fries to order or something, I hate how their fries are always room temperature.

The cashier amanda was very rude unprofessional !! Was asking me if I had a question! ! I think she was trying to accuse me that I was stealing water from the pop refill machine. When a person is thirsty and also a paying customer, when did it become a problem for them to get more water Also when did it become a problem for a customer put water in their own bottle I mean geez!!!! I mean when did putting water or H2O in your own water bottle when its a very hot day become A Crime... I mean a cashier should only worry about the cash register area of the restaurant.

Worst BK location ever. The wait time in the drive-thru is always long. Ordering is like pulling teeth; constantly have to repeat order. As soon as you pay at the window they tell you to pull up and wait for your food. The wait takes forever. Today was a 17 minute wait for food. This is supposed to be fast food. Food was cold again. This has happened to me far too many times at this location. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I refuse to frequent ANY BK establishment any longer. There are too many other choices out there to take this B.S.

this is for dempster in Morton grove. the customer service is lousy and they just opened up. asked for a manager and the lady said she was manager. I called cust service and they told me this lady was wrong had a coupon and didnt want coffee was suppose to get a small pop like I got in Chicago and this lady wanted to charge me. wont go back there in Morton grove

I ordered two meal sandwiches and chicken fries when I took the drive thru. The survice sucked was super bad and even the food was not organized the fries were all over the bag even MCdonalds prepare it nicly and better than you. This location really sucks so bad worst service ever. This is not the first time been happening even the employees there are bad.

They recently remodeled and got a bigger kitchen it seems. They have a smaller done in area because of it. The good thing though is that the food comes out so much hotter and faster then it did previous.
