Dont go here seriously. Complete incompetence. They couldnt prioritize orders based on who got there first. They were doing 2-3 drive through orders for every person inside. People inside including us had to wait and were complaining about the wait. They didnt get several orders right. The lady in front of us had to correct them, and we had to drive back for our sides. What we got for our inconvenience? A free cake, not enough. Oh, and none of the employees spoke clearly. They spoke perfect English but mumbled and were talking so soft. Every one of them acted like it was their first day there, which if it was is an error by the person making the schedule. You have at least one person who knows what they are doing.

This place and food is terrible. Just left there ordered 3 $5.00 boxes. First of all, the lady in the drive thru didnt speak or understand english well so it took a while to place the order. Of course, the order was missing some items. I attempted to call them 3 times but they do not pick of the phone. Drinks are a joke, tea taste like water maybe I should have just asked for "water." I dont usually here and have only been here once prior to this but I am so done. Should have taken my money to Popeyes in Romeoville. I only gave one star because there was nothing less to give!

Bad place, bad service, horrible food!!! the cashier messed up the order she charged me for extra bacon and cheese and didnt give to to us...and not only for us 3 more customers. they gave to other customer my Cole slaw and they said couldnt serve other customer cause it was late... We left the food there not mind the money but we surely wont back there... May/11/2017 8:30 pm

Outside the place looks like its abandon. I always get my order mixed up after such a long wait . They fountain drink machine is always out of certain flavors according to the employees so i got to pour myself and drink something i dislike all the time ! Smh !!!
