2.99 Tuesday has been keeping me loyal until recently....quality went down significantly over my last 2-3 Tuesdays. I keep on having hope that quality will increase when the following Tuesday rolls around but I havent had any luck lately. The chicken is getting drier and seems overcooked....gives me the impression that they are double frying chicken that has been sitting there for a while. I am willing the change my review if I see improvements! :)

The chicken was subpar. The service was rude and then when they got my order wrong they acted like it was my fault. The cashier had such a strong accent i could barely understand a word she said ( I guess thats why the order was wrong) I feel that at least the cashier to speak understandable English so that we can communicate what is customer service and were not getting served and cant understand whats being told us

What a joke! The employees acted as if they were doing me a favor. Not very friendly. Did not smile. Was not greeted. Waited awhile to receive food. Ordered Cajun Rice and got Cajun Fries. Told them I did not order fries. Ordered was then "corrected " with lukewarm rice. Will not visit this location again. Went to another location in Bloomington. Was treated nicely. Employees were very friendly and were smiling.

I ordered carry out on 04/24/2015 @ 2:15pm, When I went back to my office, I opened up the box of chicken and there was a cockroach inside the box. I called the store and they asked if I wanted to come back for a :fresh" order. I laughed, I asked for the corporate number, I called corporate and NOBODY and I mean NOBODY apologized for this incident. Disgusting!!!!

I come here rarely because sometimes the chicken is good and sometimes not so good. Which was my case with a recent visit the chicken was very dry and tasted old as if it was reheated. I love to eat popeyes chicken but they need to keep watch of the chicken that theyre serving can possibly lose good customers

Expensive, Dirty, poor service Ive been to this one twice and there are always half a dozen people waiting. The service is so extremely slow and there isnt much seating available. The chicken is good when you actually get it. I paid over $7 just for 5 Tenders, not the meal...not cheap.Skip this.

The service is abysmal, very rude management when I inquired on why they do not honor military discount, she might as well have told me to F**k off. Will not be going to this Popeye ever again and am going to contact their corporate. Dont eat hear. PS I think they spit in my Coleslaw.

Almost every time I visit this location they forget to give me all my food! The last time I called them I was hung up on. I called right back and they didnt answer. Finally got a hold of someone and the guy acted like I did him wrong. Unbelievable

This location needs more seating and larger tables. The chicken is really good. Yeah you usually have a little wait, but that is the price you pay for good,fresh food. I will take the wait any day. The staff is friendly too.

The service here is extremely lousy- slow service, they get your order wrong constantly, food is not always up to par. Go to the location in Countryside, Il instead. That location is rated #1 Popeyes in the nation.

Rigo was so enthusiastic about helping us. He really made us feel like he cared. Overall we have been to this location several times and keep coming back. The prices are good and the food is always fresh

Best place for chicken. Yeah, you sometimes wait, but the wait is honestly worth it. The staff is nice. My cashier Alberto is the best he should get a promotion. Will be coming here more often.
