I called to order for delivery. What a mess! First the cook took the phone call and he sounded in a hurry. Then this rude lady gets on the phone and takes my order all over again. She was the "so called manager". I gave her my credit card number and placed my order. She had no patience and told me other people were waiting and then told me she cancelled my order, and to go somewhere else and hung up the phone on me. Meanwhile she has my credit card number. Cant believe that someone actually can do that and still have a business open. I hope they go out of business cuz I cannot even rate them a 0!

Needs New staff I wish I could give a 0 Not only did I have to wait an 1 1/2 for my delivery they got my order wrong on top of that I call to tell them that my order is wrong and the “manager” (if she is the real manager I feel sorry for the owner) tells me that my order was right and there’s nothing she can do about. So I asked for her name and she hangs up on me! I call back to get her name again and she says “stop calling me!” Wow that’s some super customer services you got going on there.

I usually just buy the chicken three peice and choose rice and fries. The mac and cheese is salty. The lady is nice and sometimes I asked for barbeque and they wouldnt include the onions. The last time I went there was these two rude girls. They said I had to pay extra for barbecue sauce. I had no problem. I had a beverage with me. They could had told me it was not allowed. They waited until I opened it and yelled at me to pour it out or I had to get out.

Before we got there people were already waiting for food from 30 mins before we arrived. People walked out and were mad on how long it took for food to get ready. Our meals took a while to get to us too. When it got to us the chicken was way to salty! The mangonadas are soooooooo over priced. I can go to a hmong market and get it cheaper then what I pay here, that is sad. The hamburger my mans brother got was burnt.

The place smelled of sewer when I walked in. I had my baby along and all the high chairs were filthy with no safety straps. I went to go wash my hands and the powerful smell of sewege gagged me. The ceiling tiles have mold on them. We got our food less than five minutes after ordering. The food wasnt prepared fresh no one can make chicken or enchalitas that fast. I honestly think they microwaved it

So I bought a chicken from the place but Eduardo from Biundos cement stole it and cemented it to the ground so now I need a chocolate glazed cluck but mine is a cement glazed cluck which means we are all on the run from a boobhunter which is pretty scary because cheese sticks can actually fly so the hunters can get a ride on your everyday dairy just warning you guys bye -Deaded chicken

Racist place. Was next in line and there was only two women working behind the counter. One didnt speak English and although we were next in line, our orders were ignore as they only took orders from multiple Mexican speaking customers after us. Very disappointed. Came from out of town and heard how great they were but the fact that their service is poor then I will not be back.

Dont buy the "tlayuda". It used to be good a couple of years back but know they just give you a big tortilla with cheese, can beans & a little bit of meat. And for 12 damn dollars! Also the tacos are just terrible. They go tasteless and dry, after 10min or so. Not even good when you get home. They change the the quality of the food just to make more money.

I made a order for delivery here and they messed it up so I called and they tried to tell me the order was right. After arguing they expected me to take it back to exchange. So I paid for delivery for nothing. The food sucks also. I asked for steak tacos and there was nothing but fat from the steak and the meat was chewy.

Their online/phone ordering is screwed up, i called to make an order & was basically forced to use online to order because ordering by phone was difficult for them to place an order. So I placed my order just to never receive my food! I went in 2 hours later & they said I wasnt the first person to have this problem. Smh

Not the most welcoming place when you first walk in, and while the person running La Michoacana counter was really nice, she doesnt seem to know what she was doing and was the only person running that counter, which meant she had a long line and took a very long time to get orders out.

We ordered some ice cream around 9:15 pm. We live a little ways away but when my mom got the confirmation email it said it would take around 45-60 minutes to arrive. Its now 10:40 and we still havent got the ice cream my mom was charged for.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE!! The cashier was rude like we were getting our food for free. Chicken is good but over priced. Hopefully this place gets some competition, im sure they will loose a lot of customers.
