Visited 1/20/2016 at 6:15pm. Ordered a chicken sandwich. They said it would be 7min and ended up being 25min, while my wifes chicken tenders sat in a box the whole time getting cold. When I complained about the long wait, he blamed it on only having 1 working fryer. They were out of biscuits, cookies, and didnt have any chicken ready at all. The staff looked apathetic and as confused as the manager and have no clue on how to deal with customers. He offered no apology and said I didnt have to tell him "the way that I did" about my dissatisfaction. So there was no acceptance of wrong doing on his part. There were at least 4 or 5 ceiling tiles pushed aside exposing the duct work and electrical. The thermostat cover was broken from the wall and hanging crooked. There was a thin layer of grease over the entire restaurant tile, which you could fee under the souls of your shoes as they slowly slid from under you. We got a refund and left without our food. This review is legit, and if you want to experience one of the worst KFC locations in Milwaukee County, then by all means, go and see the 67th and North Ave location. Ill never go back again. FYI, we went to Cosmo cafe and got redemption with one of the best chicken gyros Ive had. So not all was lost.

I was going to stay very nice things about this establishment, until we had left. From order to getting the food, it was fast and efficient. I was a novice at ording at KFC due to my love for its competitor, McDonalds, and the cashier was very helpful. She even aloud me to substitute my mash potatoes for wedges on the fly! The turn was as we were leaving we forgot to grab some sauce. They had the audacity to want to charge us for condiments! I know this was a lie because the person before was loaded up with the sauce. Dont even ask about napkins, because we didnt get any! This is an absolute joke. And heres the kicker, when I was in the womens bathroom the hot water did not work, nor the paper towel dispenser. Unacceptable! Three stars.

Ive been here a couple of times. Why this place is still open Im not sure. Food takes forever to prepare. The floor is slick with grease I think. Employees take forever to get your order. Last time there was an off duty employee watching youtube cranked why up, why on duty employee doing something with her feet in the dining area. On the other hand every night there is a line of cars in the drive thru waiting. Not sure how that works really. Go somewhere else.

This place is slow. They dont listen to what you order and ask you again when you get to the window. You will be in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes even if youre the only car. Someone needs to straighten this place out. Also, just had to go across the street to McDonalds just to get barbecue sauce for my food.

easily the worst kfc Ive been to. rude, inattentive, lazy, and Im going to guess high drive thru workers. chicken was incredibly dry and tough, as if its been sitting under a heat lamp all day. I live very close by and will gladly make the longer drive to the one by Miller park if Im in the mood for kfc

This KFC is actually in a really nice area but the service is extremely poor. Ive really tried to go to this one but the service has gone down in the last 3 years or so. The last time I was there a young man in the drive thru was so rude that I drove off. Service is poor.

I asked for a 5 piece hot wing she only gave me 4. Its suppose to come with a biscuit and coleslaw she didnt give me a biscuit. And she didnt put the top on my wings so they spilled on the bottom of the bag...and the whole time she was arguing with one of the guy workers.

The employees were talking in the back, when I asked for service they threw my food into the bag. Mash potatoes and gravy were all over the place. This is not the first time I had such poor service. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

While in the drive thru and waiting a few minutes my husband said " hello" and the person taking the orders replied "yeah". Long story short, we left and called the manager. Hopefully thing change soon...

Really great staff if you take the time to talk to them... They figured out how much I loved the grilled chicken and tried to have it on hand the week I was moving and all I could was take out.

I liked nothing. This one must be poorly managed. 10:41 Sunday and its still not open. People that work here have NO customer service training. Will never come back to KFC anywhere.
