Possibly the single worst dining experience of my life. It took 40 minutes from the time we walked in until we received part of our meals. 20 of which we spent searching for our server because we needed refills. When we finally received our food, it was under cooked or burnt. The hash browns were white and practically raw, toast was burnt to a crisp, the eggs were waaaay over cooked from what was ordered and things were missing. No pancakes for my wife (who ordered an endless pancake meal) untill we had finished everything else, and it took 10 minutes after we were originally brought our food untill they brought out a new order of hash browns and eggs for me that were still not cooked right. The manager eventually came over and tried to sound apologetic but completely failed at it. They removed my wifes order, the cheapest, from the bill but, after an hour of being in there and having such a terrible experience i was tired an just wanted to leave so i payed without an argument and left as fast as i could. Never going back. Tldr; Their servers cant handle 3 tables and their cooks cant even cook an egg properly.

I usually dont leave reviews but decided to for this place just to warn customers. Went in today with the family for a quick lunch and the place was just about empty. Sat down ordered drinks and those came quickly. As for the food unsure why it took forever for the food to get to the table since the place was empty. The issue is not the food taking forever but what I am going through now. 5 hours later and Im in horrible pain my stomach is killing me. There is something wrong with this place and Ive read reviews on here that state smelly sewage and a flooded kitchen. I am calling in the Bolingbrook Village first thing in the morning this place needs to be inspected.

I stopped in to this IHOP on thanksgiving day for breakfast. It was very busy, however, I was able to get a table right away. My friendly and informative waiter arrived within 1 minute of sitting down. I ordered a coffee and eggnog pancakes. The freshly brewed coffee arrives in your personal pot, with creamer and a mug. I. Prices the staff works very efficiently at keeping the dining area clean and organized. The eggnog pancakes were very soft, warm, and delicious. If youre looking for a great breakfast experience, go with IHOP. No matter what time of year, you will be sure to have a great experience with yourself and family.

Service was fast. Upon arrival I was seated right away, my server was very pleasant and attentive but not very talkative. The food arrived fast about 10-15 mins after ordering but it was not very appetizing. I ordered the garden omelette which was overcooked and no flavor basically like eating paper with dried veggies. The red velvet pancakes were ok. When I order the server said I would get three but they looked more like 1, they were very thin. The price was reasonable but as far as quality cooking of the food I have to say its poor. The atmosphere, overall was quite, pleasant, family oriented, and clean.

Went there on a Saturday evening approximately 4:30 p.m. Was seated right away... Restaurant wasnt crowded or busy... Sat there for 25 minutes wasnt even acknowledged... No one came to take our order or even bring us a drink of water... very poor customer service..IHOP staff walked pass us didnt say a word or anything.. I hope in this day of 2017 it wasnt because of my race... Very disappointing because other IHops are not like this particular one... No apologies or anything... so we just got up and left the restaurant...

I went to this place all the time but this past weekend was the first time I had a bad experience here, but it will be the last time I go. My coffee cup and lip stick on it, and my date had dirty silverware. My server was super professional and handled it immediately, but while I was paying the cashier asked how things were, and when I told her about the dirty dishes she laughed right in my face very rudely and was completely dismissive of our concern. I will never return to this Ihop ever again.

The one in Westchester used to be great! Then it closed. The bolingbrook location is dreadful. Like its run by the Three Stooges. Noisy, incompetent, slow. The order was wrong, sent it back. When it came, the over-medium eggs were cooked solid. Food items still missing. Didnt get silverware, asked several times and when it finally came, the meal was cold. Left everything uneaten and went to a Greek diner for a real breakfast. Used to love ihop so much!

Food was great!. They just need to improve on service and attention to tables. The lady that waited on us was nice but no one came to take our orders after a while we were seated; had to eventually call on someone to get our orders taken. Took a while to warm syrup - waiter took it and never brought back, took calling on 2 other people to finally get it and by then it was lukewarm. Waiter were really distracted on this day.

It has been awhile since we visited this IHOP and its because quality was going downhill. So I decided to give them another chance today well its not any better over time please see for yourself please understand that I asked for the cheeseburger omelet and nothing to be burnt I do not eat burnt food he said he would not serve burnt food look to see what he brought.

The restaurant was disgusting. Tables everywhere were dirty my sister and I noticed only one guy that seemed to be doing everything. The waitress we had seemed nice but ended up messing up my order. Aside from that customers have been waiting a good amount of time at the counter waiting to be seated with nobody in sight to help them...

Horrible we sat and watched othet people that came in after us get waited on. No one even took our drink order. The server walked past several times and didnt even acknowledge us. We sat there for 15 minutes then got up and walked out. The place was not busy at all. Very disappointing!

The worst restraunt experience of my 23 years of living. Service was horrendous. Messed up every single one of my 4 friends orders. Asked 4 different employees for silverware multiple times. Asked the same 4 different employees for refills before the manager delivered our drinks. Terrible.

Every time Me and my friends go, The food is HORRIBLE. And when I got pancakes once, All the chocolate chips were in the middle smuched together and it was WAY overdone. My mom says the coffee Is really bad too. I think the only good thing is the Chicken Tenders.

A friend and I visited this IHOP today, Sunday at 7PM. Greeted and seated quickly and then totally ignored by the wait staff. Got up to ask the hostess but she had vanished as well. We left after more than 10 minutes. Very small crowd by the way.

You like IHOP! Im seriously nervous about it! Just because you have ink and now they sink! Drowns way to the floor and hands in the air! The only customer doesnt come! Before he is sick! I dont seriously love it, they sink then!

Food was good, the family enjoyed breakfast. The service however was unfortunately not the best. We needed to ask our server for our silverware, straws after being served. Other servers were more helpful than our own.
