If I could give TGIF-Batavia restaurant NO stars I would do it. My wife and I were in Batavia on Saturday April 26 at 4:37pm and were hungry. We smelled the food that TGIF sends out deliberately of its building to entice you and we agreed we were hooked. It smelled great. We went in and met Paige, our waitress, and took a few minutes to decide what to order. My wife ordered the Jack Daniels Flat Iron steak (medium) mash potatoes, slaw and extra side of JD glaze. I order the P2 for $16 Steak w/mash potatoes and spinach dip for appetizer. I wanted my steak well done. Our order was taken. My wife went to the bathroom and she came back and told me it was disgusting. She has a saying if the bathroom is not clean the kitchen is not clean. She also noticed the kitchen staff flirting with all the waitresses. Our dinner came out and we were shocked!! My steak was burnt. My wifes steak was still "mooing". The mash potatoes was one scoop of potatoes with this green stuff on it, which were not told be on it. The portions were not want they told us. My steak was 4oz not 6oz. The waitress forgot the JD glaze and another waiter brought it to us and told us there was no charge. But our waitress charged us. We ate because we were both famished. We paid and left. Within a hour we were both sick. I mean sick. The kicker is that the store manager was no where to be found to speak to. Usually they stop by your table and see if its ok. No where? No we would NOT recommend. They rope in by the great smell and the great picture on Google + but its not want you get. Save your money and go down the street to Portillos or Wendys. At least you wont get sick.

Mauricio should not be a server. We have had poor service from this Fridays location on a number of occasions but this visit was the worst. From the greeting to the check, the service Mauricio provided was bad and took way too long. We were sat by a nice hostess but then waited 10 mins for Mauricio to bring us our simple diet Cokes. Then from the appetizer, meal and check he took forever and seemed to always forget everything we requested. He offered a ton of apologies but never acceptable service. We dont expect great service from a place like Fridays but at least decent, THIS location however seems to always let us down, Anyway needless to say, this visit resulted in poor service and barely acceptable food quality. Something to add.. we visited this location during an off time, (about 2pm) and the place was dead... Our server could not have had more than say 4 tables and still he let us down. If you are the manager of this location, PLEASE consider this review because I am sure we are not the only unhappy customer you have. Thank you.

Worst Resturaunt Ive ever been too. My food was okay, however the service was terrible. To start, one of my relatives signed up for the rewards, so they could receive the free nachos every visit. When she brought them, there were no more than 20 chips in the basket. The taste was good, however the texture was horrible. They seemed to be straight from a store-bought bag. Then we asked for more, because we got very few. Anna, our waitress, mustve totally forgot, because we never got a refill. Then, another family member ordered a BARBEQUE burger, which, came with NO BABEBECUE SAUCE. Only cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Then, I ordered a hamburger, with pickle, ketchup, and mustard. No mustard came, however there was ketchup already sitting on the table. Then we got are receipt, which took about 15 minutes to get, which (even though they were free) charged us for two baskets of chips, when we only got one. (They were free, though.) There was very little food and the service was horrendous. Never eating at a TGIF location again.

I placed a togo order totaling $130.00.We met up with friends at the park for dinner.Our order did not have one napkin or piece of plastic silverware.Our friends Panera order not only had napkins and silverwarebut had s&p and hand wipes. Be awarw Fridays will assume you are going home to eat.When I contacted the manager to express my disappointment and frustration she said she wasnt sure what she could do other then have us come pick supplies up. No remorse for the incoveniece this made me angry. She finally said she would send me a gift card by email three weeks later I still have received nothing. Wont be going to this Fridays anymore. Spend your money elsewhere!!

We rarely ever go here because every time is horrible. After a year hiatus, we went again and, shocker, it was terrible. We asked for a Booster 3 times, and were never brought one. I tried looking for them myself, but couldnt find them. It took 20 minutes for a waitress to even approach our table and when she did she didnt apologize but complained, "They keep giving me tables!" There were empty tables everywhere. We ordered our drinks, but left after waiting 20 more minutes without her coming back to take our order. Definitely wont be back to another Fridays again.

Never again will I come here the worst place ever. Very racist we are hispanic and yes we have 4 kids. Does everybody really have to stare and wisper to eachother things. Waitress tried to cut us off on everything we ordered and once we did she said wow thats alot. Then took more than 45 min to bring apetizers wile every other table around us got there orders fast. We saw more than 3 families come in and out on the table behind us before we even got our apetizers. Horrible never felt so uncomfortable ever

Food was fantastic! Had fried green beans, chicken with a parmesan topping and a tomatoe mozzarella salad...yum!! Then took a brownie to go that was out of this world delicious! Good portion sizes (not too much, just enough). The brownie seriously melted in my mouth. Ive never tasted a better brownie, and I have no idea how anyone could top that without going overboard. Wow! My compliments to the chef tonight! Thank God its Friday!!

Came tonight to get all you can eat apps with my boyfriend. Best service Ive had in a restaurant ever!!! Our server was Lloyd. He was really funny and amazing. Really went the extra mile to make us happy. I will definitely come back and bring all of my friends here with me. Want to make this our weekly place because of him. someone should give him the best server of the century award!

Came here with a large group and no reservation. They were very attentive and helpful despite that. The food was absolutely delicious. My mother and I decided to split a plate and they brought the meal on 2 different plates for us which we appreciated very much. I also ordered a cocktail which was delicious as well. Great customer service!!

I give this Fridays a 3, because I dont like how when you order the endless apps you cant share the apps. Me and my boyfriend was very disspoinment Im like why should both order the same apps and we can share, and its crazy how we cant take the endless apps home what type of stuff is that. We never coming here again, and I love Fridays
