Always great food, priced for the quality so if youre looking for that frozen McNastys prices, you wont find them here. Employees are always friendly and fast working, never seems to be a dull moment when Im here. Location is really great too, right near the mall and tons of other shopping nearby. The actual restaurant is bright and inviting and like most locations it has the peanuts to munch on while you wait.

Not impressed. Beware of you have peanut allergies. Make sure to make them aware of this so they can make sure they prevent cross contamination with your food. They will do their best to accommodate. The food is over priced, and not impressive. People always told me this chain was awesome. Maybe its just this one location, but its nothing special to me.

Great place for Burgers and fries, from first hand experience I can say mostly everything is made fresh at the store except obvious things Oreo cookies etc... the Crew is very friendly and the Manager is very nice and professional. Of course the prices are a hit high but honestly one in a while its worth while. ( love the Fries)

Server laughed at me when they said I was ordering in the wrong place. I thought it was sorta funny how unprofessional she was. Music is blasting, its a restaurant not a night club. Choose a different location. I asked them to turn it down and they did so Im pleased with management in that regard.

For the price, this food isnt the best it could be. Its just kind of all right. However, dont bother coming here if youre a vegetarian or avoiding red meat, as your only option is the worlds saddest and overpriced grilled cheese, and a ton of fries that arent anything exciting.

Worst & most expensive burger Ive ever eaten, I mean the whole customisation concept is a good idea, but you need employees that know how to cook a burger not a shoe I became so ill shortly after consuming their food I would never recommend Five Guys, Joliet to anyone

Greasy burgers and unevenly cooked fries - some soggy, some burnt. One burger well done and the other medium rare, even though the sign says all meat is cooked well. The well burger was tasty but very greasy. The manager was awesome about the under cooked burger.

Lots of different employees, but its really the manager and owner that are worth judging. The place was clean and the wait was never longer than is typical for Five Guys. My spouse loves the food too, and were yet to get sick from it!

Burger was wonderful and the fries were fresh and tasty. Their menu is pretty basic, they live up to their burgers and fries name. Prices are a little bit steep for this kind of place, but totally worth it for an occasional meal.

When your little cheeseburger is six dollars, before tax - thats when you need to ensure your burgers are worth it. Theyre close to having a burger thats perfect, but their meat is not nearly seasoned enough to warrant it.

Tables were filthy peanuts all over the floor staff was clueless of the 4 people there, only one was "working" and the fries were soggy which was the whole point in going there and spending 30+ dollars for two people

I am not a big beef fan, so I wish they had maybe chicken sandwiches or turkey burgers. Other than that great service, very clean, and my son who loves beef...loved his sandwich!!!

Hambugers taste exactly like Steak N Shake undercooked n greasy.employee yelling out bring ear plugs for overprice dinky place .drink machine is a joke. Wont ever go back.

Good greasy burgers. My problem is I bought my 6 year old son a plain hotdog with no bun and they charged me $4.69... Set up a kids menu with realistic prices.
