My husband, son, and I went there last night 1/22. It was very busy but they got us a table as soon as possible. It was a great atmosphere. We had a great server named Tony. He is the best waiter! He is very attentive and friendly. We had a booth so we could hear the people in the booth behind us. The girl ordered the Ultimate Long Island. Then when they got their bill she told Tony, the waiter, that he billed her wrong. That she never ordered the Ultimate Long Island. Tony didnt argue....he just changed the bill. Then her friends and her stated they were going to leave a comment on the tip line for Tony to be "nicer". He was very nice to them as well as other patrons. Im not sure is this 20 something year old girl was buzzed or what but she was very rude. We told Tony we heard her order the Ultimate Long Island then say what she going to do with a tip. There were 3 others at their table, they spent $140 on alcohol only. They talked about being on unemployment and having over $2000 in savings but cant pay what they order or tip??? Im sorry but they were so loud that my husband even heard and he was sitting across the table. If I was her mother Id be so ashamed. She stole money from TGIFridays and didnt leave a tip even though Tony changed it. Tony was very attentive to ALL his tables. Our food and service was excellent. Ive never been a waiter/waitress but they have to have a lot of restraint. I commend Tony for not just being a great waiter, super nice, and went out of his way to make sure our experience was great.

Another one (restaurant) bites the dust. i used to eat at TGIs at least twice per month - and have just now had my last visit. The widely advertised endless apps for $10 apparently ended sometime in the past month - now its $12 and has few options. No huge deal in itself. A person I eat with frequently used to order the mahi mahi - it was taken off the menu. I religiously ordered the fried pickes - it too was removed from the menu. So this trip I ordered a burger. It was truly the single worst burger Ive had in years. For starters, I ordered it WELL DONE - I *hate* raw burger or anything close. It was brought out not even medium. It was also beyond greasy, had awful (almost rancid) flavor, and had the strangest ability to be both greasy and dry at the same time. It was truly horrible. On top of that, our server (or servers - there was like 5 people that waited on us at one point or another) screwed up nearly every order. Two people in my party ordered the endless apps (again - fewer options now and more expensive) and **3** times, they screwed up their orders. I used to really like going to TGIs. I will not be back.

Typical American theme chain restaurant food. Along the lines of Chilis or (to a lesser extent) Applebees. My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner, and despite being an anchor on the shopping mall, they had yet to become really busy. Our waitress greeted us with a smile and upbeat attitude, but that was nearly the extent of her courtesy. We were served our appetizer without cutlery, sharing plates, or napkins. Being a major chain, I understand food for some (sometimes most) dishes must be prepared off site for consistency/cost reasons. With that being said, we both ordered pasta and both dishes were "OK". My wife noticed inconsistencies between some of the noodles in her dish, some were well overcooked, others nearly al dente. We both ordered soft drinks but were never offered refills and left relatively thirsty. We would possibly stop back in, but would hope for a different member of the wait staff.

Ate here 2x. First time I dont remember, second time a horrible experience. Place was empty, however the wait for appetizers was at least 20-25 minutes. UNREAL. Waitress had to be flagged down. Fries brought out for the kids were lukewarm, some old and dry. So I complained to the manager, about the service and the food. He apologized and explained his staff was short and his best cook went home..(whatever). And brought out fresh fries. It was just a terrible night there. I cant go back

We had the best server today. His name is Matt. He was extremely friendly and kind. He really made our dining experience one of the best we have ever had because of how much he cared. If you are looking for great service with someone who shows he cares not just about the food but the customer as well you will want to request him. As far as the food goes we enjoy the endless appetizers but the price has increased and the options are less but it is still a good deal.

Ok so dont usually give out great reviews but today we ordered and our waitress was on top of it. There was a mistake made, was missing a meal. The manager took it off our bill and provided some free soup to snack on till our steak came. Mistakes happen but when the staff makes it right with out being forced to I have to give them credit. BTW the food was especially good today...

I love their Jack Daniels ribs. When I ordered today the waiter wrote my order down wrong and offered me choice of 2 sides - which did not come with the meal I ordered. When he discovered his mistake he not only did not charge me for the sides, he also offered a free order of chips and salsa to munch on while I waited for them to prepare my correct meal.

I wish they had an option for zero stars.. 10 mins before server came. 10 more mins before we got drinks.. the place is empty. Its 4th of July. Had to remind server of the chips and salsa. Then we has to ask for silverware. 30 more mins. No food yet. Understaffed. Over priced. Worst service ever.

and they dont participate, the worst ever, order a drink on the holiday page st the very top, its over $11, no price on the page. horrible weak drink.go there for app special, we found that out after ordering drinks. server was horrible and burger was a greasy mess. skip this place altogether

My favorite place in town to go to lol Im in love with their cajun chicken and shrimp pasta, the staff is so nice, and theres always good games on to keep my attention while I wait for the food, and its obviously near a mall, so I can always shop and walk off the food. lol Awesome place.

Worst experience ever took the waitress 35min to get us our lunch special, another couple came in after us place there order after and got there food before we did was not aware a steak and cheese burger cooked faster than half sandwich and salad never again worst experience ever....

I love this TGIF!!! Ive been going to a few of them for over 10 years and to this one exclusively for about 4 years. This location by far is the best one. Everyone that works there is always so nice and the food and drinks are awesome . Love their Ultimate Long Islands!!
