First experience, had bad service, old food in water, no prebus...no offer of desserts...no sincere apology from female manager on duty for old food in water...felt second rate b/c solo diner Chalked up as bad experience, I love crab legs so I came back with a group of four...again bad experience, greeted by "Jenny" or rather not greeted, was ignored initially and then requested a booth and was given a table, asked when being sat if we could have a booth, was told none available and literally the very next table went to a booth?! Seriously? laughed it off...Next was not greeted for ten minutes, by server Alonte, who managed to walk by us several times without acknowledging us...next friend was carded, which is a great policy, but server was not able to see the holograph, got a manager, same one who was incompetent time before and she was not able to see it either, although all of us at the table where able to...this is my younger brother whom Im dining with and he works at a factory, so his ID was dirty. At this point we decided to dine elsewhere and spend our money else where. I will never recommend a Darden establishment, nor will I ever dine at one again myself! Do not go here, management could careless about your experience, at least the tall, tattooed, blonde looking manager who works here. I had two bad experiences with her and she was less than helpful on both occasions.

Service was decent and food came out fairly quickly. We got the endless shrimp and server did check on us to keep them coming. We saved the pasta shrimp for last as that is the biggest portion. Unfortunately by the time we got it we what pretty full and could not finish it. The waiter seemed reluctant to give us a to go box and said he was not supposed to. Shortly after he did but we what talking amongst ourselves questions why not. It wasnt like we had a bunch of uneaten orders on the table and we where trying to take them all and get extra. Whatever is on the table should be good regardless if you finished it or not.

The food was great! Service was swift and very kind to us, as well as informed us very throughly on different menu items (which saved us a bit of money!!!). I want to thank our server Alex for her awesome service and personality. She works hard and is awesome at what she does. Food was made to a T, and it was as good as it looked out of the 5 stars of my review of this awesome seafood restaurant, it deserves all 5 of them and an additional star for having great staff and cooks!

Im not going to compare a chain seafood restaurant to any similar restaurants on the coasts, because there is no comparison. But Red Lobster always does a decent job with tasty food. The freshest fish in the Midwest are going to be fish fries at bar and grills a bit further north of the Chicago area, but if you want a little fancier seafood you go to a Red Lobster. It serves its purpose.

This is mainly about the server, Malik. BEST SERVER EVER. I was so impressed with how happy he was. You could tell he honestly loved his job. Very fun and excited. I went last night for a double date and we all could not stop talking about how awesome Malik was. I will definately go back to this location and you bet I will be asking for him.

Food is ok. It is a little to rich and highly seasoned. Some dishes taste better than others, for example, their seafood meat tastes better than some of their red meat dishes, like their stakes. The chicken is so, so. And the prices are ridiculously high. The service is excellent. Bring plenty of money!!! For a mediorce meal. Parking is good.

Restaurant is dirty. You see small napkins and dirts on the restaurant floor that never picked up by the staff. Bathroom is out of toilet paper. It seems the floor manager is not making rounds to check the cleanliness of the main floor and restrooms. Staff not friendly. Our table was not offered bread to start with unlike Olive Garden.

I have gone here on a date with my husband, Ive eaten here with family, and unfortunately every time its awful. Its the SERVICE AND THE FOOD. The last time my husband and I didnt have the kids we got served warm oysters and we ask for them raw. Weve said we will never go back and we will never ever ever ever go back!!!!!

Waiter brought totally wrong food. Not attentive in the least bit. Didnt bag our left over food, another girl came over and did it plus apologized for him. In the end we both ended up relatively sick from the food. Threw out the stuff we brought home. Never again to this location.

We enjoyed our Sunday Lunch at this location. Our server Agnes went above and beyond for the service. The food was fresh and tasty. Our picky toddler had a meal - that speaks volumes! The food was as described (and as expected). Would recommend this location.

Amanda was amazing!!! Salads appetizers and dinner was out pretty fast! She is a very outstanding server and I will rate food and service 5 stars Also they have great cocktails and fair prices! Thank you Amanda I will visit this location just to see you!

worst restaurant ever. i worked here for a short period of time. all the workers were rude, impatient, did not want to take the time to train new people. everyone had attitudes and going to work felt like pulling teeth. would not suggest coming here.

Leatrice was our server. I rate her an F. she was slow, we waited forever for drinks and they had just run out of never ending biscuits. She was awful. The best part is as soon as we sat down she said she was going to provide excellent service. Ha!

One of my favorite place for seafood : still a franchise, however choice and price are ok with me. Waiters are friendly and quite diverse in supporting customers, appreciate different teams members. Can be packed at 5 pm, better reserved.

Went for the endless shrimp. Food was amazing service was great. The kids orange juice was rancid son had a stomach ache. Other than that i enjoyed the experience. The cheddar bay biscuits are to die for!!!

Not impressed. Husbands Caesar was made with old wilted lettuce. My crab fest meal did not come out as identified on menu and when we questioned it, wait staff got snippy.
