Tried to place an order for pickup. The first couple of times I let it go, the third is obviously strike 3 and thus why Im posting a review. One time I went in (ordered on the phone) they were really busy and I paid for my food and waited for my order to be ready. The employee that took my name and payment then went to do another job (clean tables etc) but didnt have the intelligence to pass on to another employee that I was waiting for my food. I waited another 15 minutes before frustration came in and asked another employee to check and see if my food was ready yet. It was ready and yet nobody had the brains to call out names for their order. When they opened it up I asked how long it had been sitting there and if it was even hot anymore. It was not but I was tired of waiting more than 30 mins for an order I told would have been ready by the time I came in. Another time I called to ask how many boneless wings were in a medium and was told 18. I pick up my order and they show it to me and my mental estimation skills are thinking it doesnt look like 18. I asked to be sure that what was in front of me was a medium size and not small and they assured me it was a medium size. Get home and of course there are only 12 wings. Sure I could have counted the wings in front of them but if Im going to do the work of a 5 year old for them I might as well go to the kitchen and do the rest of the work for them. Incompetence at its highest. Will not be returning. Do not recommend placing an order for pickup.

This is the worst BWW that weve been to, I have several complaints and trust me, I am NOT exaggerating at all, the place was filthy, I had to ask our waiter to clean our sticky and dirty table 3 time before he came and sort of did it. The whole floor was full of napkins, dressing containers and pieces of chips, I know this was on most of the customers there, but the place was like that when I got there, and they did not bother to clean the floor until about 30 minutes after we got there, and the place was not even as crowded as Ive seen in other locations. Our order was not correct, e.g, one of our burgers was ordered with bacon but did not have any, I ordered 2 side ranch dressings and were never brought to the table, I kindly asked the waiter for the missing bacon right on the spot and said he will be back with it, that never happened, one of my small wings was dropped by the waiter to the floor and table, he did apologized but left all the honey-mustard sauce on the table, he did not bother to clean it, and the worst part of this is that it took him literally less than 2 minutes to come back with the "replacement", that made me think that he only took the dirt away and gave me back the same dirty wings, this last statement I am not sure, but thats how it happened. Oh, while waiting for the order, I drank a glass of beer, and ask for a second one that was not served either. BWW if my favorite beer-wings place, but Im definitely NOT coming back to this specific location, EVER!

First I will like to say I never write reviews, but felt obligated after the quality of food and service. IF it was just the service I would not have wrote this review, but the food was also terrible!!!! This is the worst B Dubs ever! I feel like the quality has went down at all of the stores especially this location. Not only did I get my order 20 minutes past the pick up time (when they say 15-20 minute service is what they always follow by). The management staff is very unorganized and clearly have not had proper training. Not only was the service terrible my boneless wings tasted were a combination of chewy and hard with no meat in between the two.. AND my food tasted like old dusty card board.. I tossed the whole order in the trash. I would have fed the food to my dog, but it was so nasty he wouldnt even eat it. I would never recommend this location to anyone. It is worth the drive to go elsewhere for better quality food and service.

It was late and the place was not packed at all and presumed we were going to get our orders right. When we got our orders all the kids meal were wrong and it tasted like its been sitting on the counter for a while. When we tried to re order it the second time the waitress forgot to ask us what sauce we wanted and when it came back the wings was smothered in bbq sauce. The waitress told us that all kids meal came in with the sauce. It was a very unfortunate night for us with our orders and it to top it all off we had to get our own drinks. It was a waiting game all night. Salads used to be fresh and my plate had black leaves on them. Im very disappointed that this place lacks service training. That same night another one of our family member had the same experience. Servers seemed to have selective hearing.

Just left Buffalo Wild Wings in Hoffman Estates. We had to ask about our appetizers, which our waitress evently went to get. We had to wait a long time for our Food so we stop and asked another waitress where is our food and the other waitress (not ours) went to get our Food. Our waitress was wiping tables at first then she sat down at a booth and was socializing with customers. We asked for our Bill. She borught it. We each paid separately. We each were due change. She gave my friends their change back and not mine. I asked where is my change she said she rounds off the change and sometimes she doesnt give back change. My friend got her change back and it was too much. So if your register is short, thats why. The FOOD was Good.

We moved to the area and needed a new b-dubs for Tuesday nights. 3 weeks in a roll I called in our order which included lite sauce on the blazing wings. I was asked did I want the sauce on the side. I relied no. When we got there there was sauce on two wings and the rest were dry. So I asked for it to be redone when I was asked again do I want sauce in the side and I again relied no just lite sauce. They came back 3 times with more sauce on the wings each time. Finally the fourth time it was right by but that time the rest of my order was cold. Also, everything I call the person taking the order can never hear me so some part of the order was wrong. Neither of the b-dubs in south Elgin and Schaumburg had these problems with our order.

Buffalo wild wings has never let me down, and probably never will, as far as Im concerned. I mainly come here for the wings, beer, and wide variety of games to watch. The only reason I give this place a three is because when I asked the hostess if I cN sit at the bar he rudely said, "I dont know, I dont think there is, you can check." Sure, I understand the bar is open seating, however, the hostess could have been more welcoming, as the hostess is normally this first person to make an impression when I walk in the restaurant. The overall service was average and the couple sitting next to me received a cold coffee. This experience was not up to par with their normal service. I will continue going to buffalo wild wings.
