Terrible experience. Halfway through our meal, an employee decides it is a good time to change the trash directly next to our table, which not only smelled terrible but had a bloody band aid stuck to it which totally grossed us out. Couldnt even finish without being sick. Was told I could call and talk to the owner tomorrow but no offer to make it right with the $26 meal we couldnt eat. Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, the brisket was not up to Firehouse standards, as it was tough and dry. Avoid this location at all costs.

Italian is always great, but Im writing this because the customer service is awesome. My picky 1.5 year refused to eat a grilled cheese but took one of our pickle spears and went to town. After he was done, the nice girl behind the counter came out with another pickle spear and my son was in heaven. Its the little things that will keep me coming back. Thanks Firehouse!

Check your bread before you eat it. Ordered a meatball and an italian on wheat. The italian had mold on the bread. Workers were nice about it but also seemed to avoid the seriousness of the situation. Also, employees open your eyes next time you send out sandwiches. We were issued a refund. This was the first time in a firehouse and the last. DISGUSTING.

Great location and short line to order. Air conditioner was working perfectly unlike the subway location just down the street. The wait took a little longer than I expected for a plain white turkey and cheese. But it was a tasty sub.

The sandwich is OK but not for $8. The interior is always smokey which I would not expect from a place that is claimed to be operated by firemen. When you leave expect to smell like food for a good 2 hours afterwards. No drive thru.

Walked in 45 mins before close, was asked by the staff not to dine in after being asked "here or to go". Food wasnt good. Service wasnt good. I wonder if owner knows his staff is closing early and causing peple to not return.

Great subs, fresh ingredients, delicious! Like the fact you have 3 different sizes to choose from, I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of hot sauce, the bottles were graded from 1 to 10 depending on how hot they are
