I go to Chipotle once a week. This is the first time Ive been to this location. I wont come back. They dont know how to handle when it gets busy. The tortilla asked me to get white rice instead of brown because it wasnt ready. I asked to wait. The next guy put chicken on my burrito and when I said I am vegetarian he just picked it off and dismissed my request for a new one. He gruffed at me when I asked for a side of hot sauce. The music is abnormally loud, even for a chipotle so it makes it hard to communicate your order to the people. The cashier was the only pleasant part (besides the food of course) of the lunch. She was awesome.

Just came out of Chipotle my girl loves this place service was great Im sorry let me rephrase that service was absolutely amazing until I get to the register and this young lady with an attitude from hell and dark matte lipstick to match. Let me tell you something Make up lady you work in customer service that is your number 1 job and you screwed that up. Im going to make sure I do everything in my power to get my message across about how to treat people aka being petty your corporate office will be hearing about this daily. Until I see results.

Iv been to many chipotles restaurants and never had any issues until I dined at this location. The only issue I have is the small amount of serving size the employees give. I had a few pieces of lettuce and .25 serving of everything!!! It wasnt just a one time thing either Iv been here several times since it opened and its always the same issue. Horrible, horrible, and again horrible!!! Its as bad as asking for extra ketchup from a Jack in the Box. Embarrassing!

I definitely prefer the Chipotle in La Quinta, which is about 15 minutes away. This one has always felt like it lacked the flavor of other Chipotles Ive eaten at. I only settle for this one when its near what Im already doing and there isnt time to drive down to the other. Probably wont be doing that again though and just eat at some other place in the area next time.

Skimping on Food and bad customer service. I have been to Chipotles in Virginia, South Carolina and Michigan. Their portions were larger, the food was fresher and it was served with a smile. I was very disappointed in this place. Whoever manages or owns this place should read the reviews and make changes! Ill never go back.

They gave me the coldest most disgusting hard shell tacos .... They were truly inedible I thru them in the garbage ... I will never ever ever go back .... I placed an order for 5 people 60 dollars and all ice cold in the garbage Called and the " manager" said yeah well Ill see what happened "

Been there 25 times and they always welcome me in. Line is deceiving, frequently to the door (cause food so good), but Ive never waited more than 10 minutes to start eating. So the line must be long for the good service too. If you get the girl with the purple pants, youre lucky guy!

Food is really good!!Big portions as well. They really need practice when it gets busy kept feeling pressured and when asked for extra hot sauce the guy made a face. Need to work on people skills ASAP!!!! But the food is worth it. Especially the steak burrito yum!!!!!

Nothing like good old San Francisco, Mission-style burritos. Cheap, fresh, fun music, and relaxed atmosphere. The best part? Socially conscious cuisine. Free range animals and organic ingredients. A true pleasure to patronize. (Plus - great family dining)
