how would i describe my experience at kfc you ask? well lets start off to say that this is the very first time i have ever eaten at kfc of my life and as sad as it is to say it will be my last as well! first off, the multiple secret seasoned fried chicken was indeed tasty but that didnt hide the fact that as soon as we received our order i noticed many mistakes. Managment being a definant mistake. there was ONE person actually working while 2 people went outside to smoke, 3 people walking around making jokes n laughing while 2 other people were shooting hoops into the garbage can with paper towels and who could miss the one guy with a hat tilted to the side texting while leaning against the counter all the while there was roughly 7 people standing in line waiting on there order. regretably while we were tryin to stomach all this wrongfull choices many of the other customers started an uproar demanded theyre money back and walked away saying they will never return. one gentleman even got to sick of tryin to get the workers attention to get a refund he simply left and said screw tryin to get his money back so an employee more then likely pocketed it to ensure the till was correct. point is that i would have loved to have our first experience at kfc be a pleasant one but IT WAS NOT! i would personally join who ever would want to stand outside this branch of the establishment and boycott the completely irresponsible management and customer service skill displayed here. and honestly if the colonel were to ever step foot at this location he would probably have many major heart attacks and die and yes i blame this all on you : childish, immature, irresponsible workers. i believe they all need to be fired or go back to school to learn some manners and respect, altho i do want to point out the one kid that did his job and made an effort to ensure things were getting done sadly i did not catch his name prolly 15 short haired boy with a work hat on (not a hip hop wanna be titled sideways hat like the others) and i believe that this kid should be promoted to shift lead and the rest get demoted to scrubbing toilets. i really hope that someone from corporate reads these reviews so something will be done about this and if there was anyway to pass this thru to the colonel himself to try an "undercover boss" i highly recommend it to be done because your loosing countless customers and all the money that comes along with it so thank you and you all have a good day,,, except the workers, you all need to grow up and actually do your job (minus the one teenager mentioned above great job kid)

First off I love fried chicken, I honestly think it is the best food ever and now that I am expecting I just want it that much more. That is why I am so very unhappy with not only the food but the service here in hayden.When we showed up I noticed most of the staff were just standing around either texting or just talking and ignoring the counter. After standing there for about 5 minutes I got so annoyed I had to step away for a brief moment, I asked my husband to order for us as I ran to use the restroom, As soon as I walked in all I could see were paper towels on the floor and a dirty mirror. As I walked out I had noticed that two more costumers had shown up and ordered. After I had gotten my drink I sat down at the ONLY cleanish looking table in the whole place. As soon as we got our order we stared to eat, the guy who was in line right after us had gotten his order and was very upset about it, as was his son. As I am watching that gentleman and his son leave I notice the cook... as I see this man with a blue bandage around his arm (looking like he just donated blood or plasma) sneeze, not into his arm but into his hand then with out washing his hands go right back to handling the food. Needless to say I stopped eating. As my husband was finishing his meal I notice the second guy in line behind us was still waiting on his order and 5 more customers had shown up. The employes were all standing around besides one teenage boy, the only one trying to do his job. Two female employes had walked outside to smoke in the parking lot in sight of all the guests, 3 guys were by the drive thru window shooting paper towels in to the trash can, 1 guy was leaning on the counter texting. The 5 guests finally got to place their order, they waited for about 15 minutes before asking for a refund, and the second guy is still patiently waiting for his food. Finally the second guy stopped trying to get someones attention and just left with out a refund or food. Needless to say I will just stay home from this point on.

Worst customer service EVER. Got into line at 12: 15...Stood in line 15 minutes before I even ordered know one even said be right with you. I ordered 2, # 10 (dark meat) extra crispy at 12:30, (time on my receipt) Toni the shift manager told me they were out of dark meat and it would be 16 minutes before the Extra Crispy dark meat would be ready. I agreed to wait. I was treating my Mom who is in a nursing home to lunch...her treat out. At 12:45 I went to the counter and Toni said not ready yet...and she had not forgotten me. In the meantime...Im watching customers come and go with buckets and bags of chicken. I was pretty not all the buckets and bags were not Original chicken. I checked at the counter again...not ready....at 1:10 the Manager yells across the restaurant we have your order by out of extra crispy dark meat again...you will have to take a breast. I waited a total of 50 minutes and she still did not give me what I ordered. Toni was condescending and just short of rude. I just got my money back and left with my Mom. I will be writing a formal notice to the owner of that KFC. Shameful customer service...especially when there are so many other places to eat. I went to SuperOne foods....they have really GREAT chicken.

This KFC is so poorly managed and has been for at least a few years. It is dirty, the employees stand around while there are tables to clean. The bathroom is disgusting and the floors in the entire restaurant are equally bad. KFC is already so expensive in comparison to what you get and when that is coupled with unhelpful employees it simply isnt worth it. Continue onto Hanley Avenue and find the other fast food restaurants. The food wasnt great either, chicken clearly wasnt "fresh" and the teen who took my order had such a bad attitude that to say anything clearly wouldnt have mattered. One person complaining in the restaurant isnt going to make any changes. But sharing the experience with the world might. To the manager of the KFC in Hayden, Idaho. You are slacking on your job, you need to either fire those teens or get them cleaning your filthy restaurant. I was passing through from Sandpoint and I will never be stopping at your store again. I have also encouraged our team coaches to avoid your store. Thank you.
