The honest truth to all you peoples that love to go out to eat at a buffet. I rated this a 10!. Worst place to eat or take a family member. The service was really seriously bad!. We waited 10 minutes for to be order our drinks and made it. The person forgot the order and the water for the hot tea was cold. The time to go up to pick our food. At the salad bar the vegetables were really brown and old!. The soup wasnt cover and it really seriously look like it came out from the trash can from back of the kitchen. I started to go through all the foods stations. It was the worst sight to see! Everything what old and little to pick up from each stations. But only was look good to eat was the watermelon. Im a person that works with food service and handling over 45 years of experience!. This is the honest truth worst place to eat!. Paying $17.00 per person is really to much for the kind of buffets restaurant! Theyre should be charging $5.00 per person. Plus they charging $25.00 for only Friday it should be only $12.00 per person. Theyre should change the name to French Homeless Market Buffet!. Why? I said that? Its was really seriously honestly truthful the worst sight to see! And most of all my health!. If Mr. Zimmer of Bizarre Foods was there? He wouldnt eaten there just like! He doesnt like spam!. On Sunday morning? I couldnt find a place to eat breakfast at the hotel. I then went to have it a the Buffet again. It was worst then that night! Because was rush to the hospital by a ambulance from the hotel. The doctor told me that? I have be food poison!. They found it and given me medication for it!. Why? I chosen not to take a pictures of it! . Because it will make you all sick!. Or pictures it in your mind? One month of old food waste in the foods trash can and been mix and service to you on your plate. That was every stations look like!. The best place to eat at a buffet in a hotel are Rio, Red Rock, Palace Station, Fremont and the major stripes hotels. And the regular buffet are krazy buffet and aisan buffet. I know that Fremont Hotel own by Sam Boyds!. But, I really seriously dont know the reason why all the Buffet restaurant became really seriously worst in their food service! But the Fremont is the only one not!.

I came on the wrong night when I wanted crab legs. The buffet was good and outside of the creole themed dishes like gumbo and red beans & rice, it was standard buffet fare. You had mongolian bbq, italian, chinese and mexican. Staff were friendly and I liked the dessert bar especially the strawberry shortcake which I havent had in years. I showed up right before the dinner start time and I was disappointed that they make you wait in line so you have to pay the dinner price. In other words, you go to lunch late thinking youre paying a cheaper price think again. I was planning on paying dinner prices anyway so it wasnt a big deal but then the wait in line was still too long after it opened at 4pm. Not sure why it took so long for a buffet that just opened with no one in it, to get people in and seated but it took nearly 15 minutes. Probably wont come back even though the price was good for what you eat.

This buffet is usually one of my favorites. Its in my personal Top Ten. But not today. I was extremely disappointed with the lunch buffet. Nothing resembling French Quarter specialities, or Cajun, or Southern, or remotely New Orleans-style. NO BEEF RIBS!! No barbecue pork ribs. No gumbos. No Jambalaya. No dirty rice. No mustard greens. No collard greens. No fried okra. No cornbread. No hush puppies. What was offered one can find on any less than average Las Vegas buffet. I usually enjoy this buffet 3 or 4 times per visit. I am in town for 11 days this trip and I dont plan on eating here again.

Being a senior my wife and myself usually eat here Wednesday (senior day) . If you gamble and earn 50 points you are eligible for a free buffet. Print off the coupon at one of the kiosks using your club card. The food is good with reasonable price. This is the only buffet serving beef ribs for under 12 bucks. Very few Buffets offer beef ribs at all. its off the strip but not far from it. A shuttle service is available leaving from the Fashion show mall. There are a lot worse choices costing much more. If you go I doubt you will find a disappointing meal.3,

Beyond forgiveness. I even went on a Friday night which normally is one of the best nights for most buffets. The seafood items were all too fishy, which is surprising coming from me. The crab legs were tiny, comparable in size to small frog legs. Seriously Im still shocked by how small were the crab legs. Their soft serve ice cream machine was not working. The desserts were flavorless. Overall selection was limited. ... Trying to think of any pros, and only positive aspect was the friendly server who kept my drink topped.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We came to The Orleans Buffer a few years ago. Great breakfast buffet for just over $9. Here we are today. The buffet is served in a different location. $13 a person no matter their age. Selection was not great and appeared to be out for a while. The only way to access toast (the only bread I could find) is by waiting in the omlet line. Our 7 year old son had just over 1 piece of pizza. He complained it was cold. A $13 piece of cold pizza. Find another restaurant.

We spent eight days in Vegas and drove to the Orleans for the buffet three times, and for brunch before getting on the plane to head home. The price was reasonable and the staff was great. The food was much better during the week than it was on the weekend when you have to pay more! I dont know what the thought was in putting the shrimp and the whipped cream together but to each his own. We did enjoy the food and service and give it four stars.

No chocolate milk??? Cmon guys, every buffet in vegas has chocolate milk. Even your buffet used to have it. You can get chocolate milk at most motel 6 and rodeway inn continental breakfasts. This buffet has gone downhill since they built the new buffet in the hotel, but removing chocolate milk for a breakfast drink option was the final straw. This buffet is now officially one of the worst buffets in Las Vegas. Trust me.

Itd be the worst tasting buffet in town if it werent for the Station buffets. Sure, theres variety, but the price is exorbitantly high for whats being turned out. Ive never been more reluctant to swallow food at a buffet, and Ive been to most of the options in the county. Save your money, and if its free just stick to the soft serve.

This buffet is alright. Was better this past time I went then the past few times before that. Join the players club and I think you get some benefits here. Update: I believe its under construction or it was last time I was there in April/may. Not sure how it is since they started/completed construction.
