Recently me and my boyfriend were traveling to Las Vegas and stopped by in your buffet on 25th of November (right after Thanksgiving day). Nice lady in the front allowed us to take a look of the food and decide if we want to stay. The variety of food was great and we decided to dine in. I chose my food and was about to start my meal. First thing which I tried was guacamole. IT WAS EXPIRED and tasted really really sour . I called our waitress and mentioned it to her, I said I dont wanna make anyone in a kitchen feel uncomfortable and tell them this in front of other customers. Her answer totally disappointed me : "Maybe you gonna go and tell them by yourself....."I was like "what....????" When I was choosing the dessert, the guy asked me how was everything and I explained him the situation.His answer were more ridiculous.He gave me a spoon , took another one for himself and told me;" Lets go to try."On our way to that part of the buffet he said , that it is impossible. That this guacamole was made on Wednesday (and it was FRIDAY already).Absolutely rood and incompetent employee!!!!!!!! It is Las Vegas !!!You have million options for the food 24/7, and you guys do not care about quality and service at all. I want my money back!!!!!!

Unbelievable prices for good quality and overall delicious food! This buffet is small compare to other places but with a Palms card it only costs $13! I went for dinner here and really enjoyed everything minus the Mexican section since it gave off an unpleasant smell to me. As a fan of bread pudding and flan, I generously sampled these two items to my hearts content. Personally though, I prefer the texture of my flan and bread pudding to be a bit firmer. The texture of these two items were so similar to the soft texture of the creme brule that it was hard to distinguish between the three! Myriad choices involving clams and mussels, ranging from creamy french type to Asian to American were available. In particular, I really like the mac and cheese. Thank you for helping me gain more unwanted mass, Bistro Buffets mac and cheese.

We went there to celebrate two birthdays and were extremely disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. It used to be really great. Food was either a day old or just dried out at 6pm. Looked like they had a party in the hotel yesterday and used THAT leftover food in the buffet. When we called for pricing we were told $20.99 and with a players card wed get $7.00 off, and that a minor with an adult cardholder would also qualify for the $7.00 off. Well when we got there we were promptly told that no one said that. We would have to pay $20.99 for a 16 year olds dinner and the others over 21 with card (we all had a card) would be $13.99 each. What a disappointing dinner, never again!

I went for dinner omg sooooo good that when I ate the cheesecake I cried I actually stole some egg rolls for late and ate a whole plate of egg rolls before hand the beef and broccoli was just so soft and juicy the salad was super fresh in fact everything was fresh and the food was replaced frequently the staff was nice for being super busy and putting up with super needy customers I loved it Im so going back and the best part is I live right in that area so its easy to go eat at my new favorite buffet

Very delicious all you can eat food and for a good price. I love buffets and this has got to be one of the best Ive been to. The food tastes above average better than the feast buffets. the plates feel to hot though I had to put it down sometimes when I was trying to get food. I asked the waitress for rasberry iced tea for my drink and it tasted watery but she quickly replaced them when I let her know about it. I really enjoyed it here though for the most part and will definitely be coming back.

We are locals here in Vegas, the last time we tried this buffet was more than three years ago, it was worse than terrible. We saw the promo about the new chef and new menu at this buffet and decided to give it a try, and it has definitely improved greatly; we had lunch and dinner so far, and loved everything we had. This is by no means as huge a spread as most buffet on the strip, however the freshness and quality of the food are excellent, there are more than enough choices in all categories.

I walked away yesterday....two people had a $20 coupon and used my points and this clown is trying to tell me I still owed $34.00. Get serious, its road kill. Havent been in the buffet for a year or better,now I see why. Food quality is way down and frankly you can go there " any time" of the day and WALK IN....its that empty. Hope the NEW OWNERS do something about it. I go to the Palms to play weekly and theres NEVER a line.

I came in looking to try something new, never been here before. I served myself a salad & a dinner roll, & found out after my salad that the dinner roll I had just taken a bite off of had MOLD IN IT! Ofcourse I advised management & recieved a refund, which they were very polite and quick about, but still... I do not trust this establishment and the quality of their food handling, they should be more careful about it.

The lines were long on the first day i was there, however if you show up early for lunch you can get in fast. Staff members were nice and friendly. Only thing is there was not a large variety of food. The hot and sour soup was a bit salty. The whole place is clean and and well kept. The chicken breast was a bit dry. The good thing about the place was that they had a huge selection of dessert.

I ate here for the very first time and it was simply amazing! The food was outstanding! Service was good we had to come back the next day which was not planned but once again pleased with everything! This experience was amazing and myself and my mate was more than happy! The variety of food.. Amazing! Fresh and different.. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you for the experience!

Bad customer service, we wanted to be seated together. About 15 people, but they didnt want to listen and made us sit at 3 different tables and did not let us sit together, will not be coming here again. waitresses are terrible, incompetent. The food selection is very very low, and it isnt good enough to justify the cost.

Waited 10 minutes for them to come take my drink order they didnt then got my breakfast then they didnt come for another 10 then finally got my coffee and oj when I was 3/4 done my meal. Had half a cup of coffee and oj got up to get some fruit came back and they cleaned my table and another couple were sitting in it.

Prices are decent if youre a local . Size of buffet is small and lacks variety of food. An its not soft serv ice cream is not ice cream its frozen yogurt and poor quality. Service is OK. The free wine and beer are a joke ... only beer is Miller light and the wine is no better than hobo moonshine.
