Stopped here on our way to Sea World and they forgot half our food and put the wrong ingredients on the other half. We were already walking into the park when we realized it was wrong, so we tried to call the number on the (very spotty and hard to read) receipt to see what they could do for us. The voicemail says that the magic jack customer is unavailable. left a message asking them to call me back. its been almost 12 hours and no call back. tried calling back just now and still no answer. Tried doing the feedback survey on the receipt to tell corporate and theyre done taking feedback for this location. Tried calling the general customer satisfaction line for burger king and apparently they suck all the way up to the top because the recording referred me back to the same website that wouldnt take my feedback. I waited on the line for a rep and the recording said "you cant be transferred to anyone at this time" and hung up on me. what a joke. I hope you enjoy the money I spent on the food I never got. Boo.

First charged me a quarter to use the restroom to wash my hands. When I went in, the soap was empty. An employee went in after me and obviously did not wash his hands before returning to work. When I told them about the soap, they were very aware. The BK app did there was wifi here and there is no Wi-Fi... waste of my time, money and gas. I shouldve used the McDonalds app. The only good customer service was from the girl who took my order, but it was her first week. Shell learn to use the customer service the rest here use. I do not recommend. Btw lock your doors, parking lot not safe. Food was old and greasier than it normally should be.

Several times I have gone through the drive through lane and they have not had an item, having run out or their ice machine was broken, or they had changed the menus proces without changing their signage- - each time their were snippy with me, like it was my fault for bringing up their error. They had a very good mushroom burger till last week but got rid of it. The replacement chicken parmesan is dry and mostly tasteless. Otherwise the food is ok, but the burgers are so big it is hard to eat all in one sitting & of course, the prices reflect that.

Worst bk Ive been to. The service was terrible, average customer wait time was anywhere between 15 to 20 minutes. A few people complained that the price on their receipt was above the one advertised. A few of their employees were seen standing around while one person did most of the job, and they were out of fries, chicken, and onion rings which led to some people having to wait almost 30 minutes for their meal. Im glad I dont live near this place because I would hate to come back here again.

My grandmother and I went through the drive threw and the lady on the other end was very rude I was very hard to understand. When we got to the window the manger handed us our drinks didnt say a word and when my grandma asked a question she snapped the answer and handed us our food. When grandma asked for ranch she handed her one when we asked for another she rolled her eyes and said bye... Very rude service I dont recommend it

Terrible service!!! One employee dealing with the orders inside, and didnt know what he was doing. It took a minute to figure out that he needed to prep small fries and put it in the customers bag. I was forth in line which took about 25 minutes until I got helped. By the time I got to the cashier, they didnt accept cash. There goes my lunch break. How do you crew up such a simple job. Pathetic.

Wow... just terrible. I got the two cheeseburgers, fries and a coke for $3.49 and still feel cheated! The fries were cold and the soda was warm. In fact the soda might have been hotter than the fries. I threw away most of it. The staff had nothing to say to me, no greeting, no please or thank you, but they were all yucking it up amongst themselves. I wont be back to this Burger King.

It cost money to use the bathroom! How is that posable under CA law?? And it took five minutes before they even took my order but after waiting another seven minuets to pay..i just walked out. Its no wonder there arent many Burger King in San Deigo. There shoukd be one.less. i went to another BK last night it was GREAT. Ill need to find that one again. It was N of La Jolla.

Great customer service everytime Ive gone through drive through. I work near here so after work rush is usually not crowded or long line at all. Con: Homeless activity. Wish they would police it more, but thats Old Town in general.

Sent my post area guy to grab me dinner for the teenagers at my camp!! Oh my gosh, Burger King Catering came in CLUTCH!!!! Got my utensils all set up, the sauces in their large containers!! Simply in love.

Most of the employees are quite friendly, the food is pretty decent. A fair amount of homeless people hang out in and around it though. Theres private security in the lot though so it isnt really unsafe.

I ordered an A1 sandwich and they put BBQ sauce instead they say "thats the procedure" and there are rats inside running arround the restaurant. wonder how they get through inspections.

So rude!!!! Its understood that you make minimum wage and are begging the govt for more cash but it work!!! Oh and also the meal was burned and disgusting! Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!
